Thank you to everyone who joined us for last evening’s talk on Avoiding Desexing Complications!

We are grateful to Dr Abbie for sharing her insights on different complications in desexing surgery, including their causes, diagnostic approaches, treatments and preventions.🩺We also learnt about the option to handle haemorrhage intraoperatively using autotransfusion. It was great to reflect on the strategies to cope with the emotions and stress regarding surgeries and their possible complications.🫶🏻

We hope you enjoyed the evening and picked up some technical and soft skills to manage similar challenges in our future careers.

Thank you for your engagement and enthusiastic questions. And last but not least, thank you to our sponsors for supporting our events and learnings.

Hope to see you all again in our next events!💙💛
