Happy Monday

Over the next couple of weeks we will be making online booking easier.

Prices are being updated (This doesn’t necessarily mean an increase either.) and they will be visible to all. No hidden costs or surprises.

Some changes will be happening here at Jazzycat Pet Services.

Also some new and exciting services will be on offer next year.

As a thank you for your continued support we will be doing a free grooming service for one lucky pet each week leading into Christmas.

To be eligible for this all you will need to do is share one positive thing about your Vet or Groomer. I will then give your comment a number and do a random draw on Friday evening. Winner will be notified on here so make sure you are following the page.

I don’t often advocate for brushing/combing matts out due to comfort of the dog and time.
Plus once the fur is damaged it’s likely to rematt.

However if it is minor such as in this case we do have magic products available to help make the process pain free and prevent damage to the fur.

This handsome dude is Charlie.

Yes I talk to and sing to the dogs.

Ever wonder what’s involved in a cat clip?

First step we clip their murder mittens aka nails.

Then using minimal restraint we shave the cat.
Fun fact,less restraint is more with a cat.

They also find you untrustworthy if you blink too much.

Last night I attended Sophie’s Legacy Gala bid with some amazing humans within the Veterinary Industry. (Thank you to Virginia Veterinary.)

I’d like to just take a moment to reflect on this.

Not just for those within the Veterinary Industry.
But to just remind people that we are human, we are not robots and you never know what someone is going through.

Please be kind, and remember to check in with loved ones. If you are struggling don’t be afraid to speak up.

Hi All,

Just me, so I’ve just checked my google reviews.
Not something I have time to look at usually and I also don’t personally manage that. I will at some point. (All a work in progress.)

I love feed back the good bad and ugly as it is a way of improving.

If I don’t respond to you, it’s usually I haven’t had chance to go through my messages or calls.

It is just me and I do on average between 6-10 pets a day. If I stop to answer all the messages and calls I get, then I wouldn’t beable to give those fur babies my full attention.

I do my best to fit everyone in and I work around the clock to be as accommodating as possible.

But I do have a life outside of work in which I am a mum. So on occasions I do get behind on msgs or some get lost in the never ending txts I receive.

Please remember I am one person.

We are in the process of growing the team, but these things take time and we need to find the right people.

I appreciate each and everyone of you.
And again I thank you for allowing me to look after your fur babies.
