What a lovely weekend it’s been with puppy families visiting, as well as meeting new families! We feel incredibly grateful that such wonderful families are adopting our babies, it makes saying goodbye so much easier!

We’ve learnt to toilet on the artificial grass, we are very playful, we’ve experienced a few big storms but weren’t too worried about the noise! We love watching the humans and big dogs!

We have several pups who have found their forever homes and several still waiting for their families to find them🐾

What you can expect when adopting a Therapaws Puppy:

All puppies come with an extensive puppy pack and information book, to best support you to care for your new puppy.

This includes:
* Photos of the litter during the first 8 weeks of life.
* Copies of all parent’s certificates, i.e., Hip & elbow scores, pedigree papers, DNA profiles, etc.
* Change of ownership for Central Animal Records (microchip).
* Vaccination Card.
* Health Clearance Certificate for your puppy.
* Photos of Sire and Dam
* Your pups pedigree papers from Dogs Victoria.
* Copy of Puppy contract, Agreement of sale for a Dogs Victoria Registered dog.
* Breed information pack including information on raising a happy healthy puppy.
* Bag of Royal Canin Puppy Food, bed, toys, blanket and more, to assist the settling in period.
* Breeder support throughout the life of your puppy.

It’s been pretty busy these last few weeks, we’ve welcomed Rosie and Nico’s second litter of babies and they’re all thriving!

Their temperaments are gorgeous and they’re all developing nicely. It’s hard to believe that they are 4 weeks old already 🩷🐾

Labrador Retrievers are highly intelligent and highly trainable dogs that have brilliant temperaments. This makes the Labrador Retriever a breed that can adapt to important roles and responsibilities in the community such as working to support people who need assistance in daily tasks, guiding humans who are vision impaired, or helping their humans by responding to emergencies.

Labradors are also well known for their incredible nose, memory and ability to sniff out treats from a mile away! This gift helps them to also support security at the airport, in prisons and support police officers in our community. They truly are an agile breed, capable of supporting humans in many roles.

At Therapaws, we work to emphasise the Labradors ability to detect change in human behaviour and attune with humans to emotionally support, calm and comfort. This has always been our intention behind breeding this magnificent breed, and we continue to work to produce quality pups that are ready for the world - as working dogs, therapy dogs or beloved family members.

He’s affectionate, calm, loves playing and cuddling people, is playful with other dogs large and small, is curious and absolutely adores children. He’s 8 weeks old today and can go to his forever home from today.

These two babies are our last two available from this litter!

The male (purple collar) is intelligent, affectionate, curious and snuggly. He loves nothing more that to have cuddles on the couch, to play tug-of-war or to run and play in the garden. He’s motivated to seek out people and really enjoys human connection.

Little Miss Black collar (tongue poking out) is cheeky, playful and very affectionate! Loves to be curious in the garden, likes playing with children, having cuddles and gets along well with everyone!
