Unfortunately due to the rising costs of production along with persistent health issues, we will not be re-opening our gourmet mushroom farm. We sincerely thank everyone who has supported us for the past four years!

Small packs 10g $8.00, or add $0.80 per gram upto the quantity you desire.  Our powder is made from 100% fruiting body, no fillers or preservatives added or used in the process.

☔🌧️With all this rain at the moment, I've been craving some comfort food!! Then I realised it's been a while since I shared a recipe so, here's one that matches the weather! Stay safe everyone and have a great weekend!

🍄😋Pumpkin, spinach and mushroom risotto
Adapted/modified from: www.morethanmeatandpotatoes.com
1. In a skillet fry-pan, add olive oil and about 3/4 cup of onions, cook till they soften then add about 400g of white oyster mushrooms. Cook on medium high for around 3-5 minutes. Add a Tbsp of garlic and a tsp of thyme, season with salt and pepper.
2. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of arborio rice and 1/2 cup white wine. Cook until the wine evaporates, then add enough vegetable stock to cover rice. I prepare around 4 cups of Vegie stock, then add as necessary to cover rice. Simmer for about 10 minutes and stir regularly.
3. Then add diced cup of pre-steamed pumpkin and a handful of baby spinach leaves, add more stock to cover ingredients and cook down for another ten minutes.
4. When rice is cooked, add 1 cup parmesan cheese and mix in well. Serves 4 easily.
