In a remarkable display of sportsmanship, our U16 B21 team showcased the true spirit of the game today.
Faced with an unfortunate series of injuries and fouls that left the Lions with only 2 players and 4 minutes remaining, Coach Dave and his team offered a 2-on-2 finish to ensure the game could continue.
This incredible gesture highlights the importance of fair play and camaraderie within our sporting community.

ℹ️ PUBLIC EVENT - RIDDELLS CREEK ℹ️

To help bring the community together in support following the Riddells Creek incident earlier in the week, a public event will be held from 5:30pm tomorrow (Thursday 14 November) at Lions Park in Riddells Creek.

This event is being organised by Council and gratefully supported by other local partner organisations - we encourage you to attend and share this invitation through your networks.

Separately and regrettably, there have been some unfortunate sentiments observed on social media in response to the incident - this is a timely reminder to be kind to yourself and supportive of others during this difficult time ❤️
