I have been asked to try to find a new home for this lovely Irish Wolfhound. Hugo is just lovely, a very sweet boy. He is 2.5 years old and desexed. He is happy to meet new people and loves the dog he is currently living with. Unfortunately, he is just a bit too much for this particular dog who has some health issues. He is not a huge boy, he is currently around 52 kg now and will probably reach around 60 kg or so as he is a bit thin at the moment and needs feeding up. He needs someone to be patient with him as he does not seem to have had much exposure to many things, ie he was afraid of being bathed the first time but the second time he was okay. He was carsick as a puppy so his previous owners did not take him in the car much after that, so he can be reticent to go in the car but with gentle coaxing he will and is getting better at it. Someone who knows Irish Wolfhounds or giant breeds would be a good person for him with a gentle hand. He has been fine with kids as young as 10, has walked past small dogs without a worry, but has not been tested on cats. If you are interested please email [email protected]

One male and three female puppies available from registered sire and dam in Victoria (Conghal Irish Wolfhounds). Puppies are 5 weeks old at the moment, ready to go to their new homes at approx. 10 weeks.
