This company ... whose products I have used for many years was kind enough to accept and refund 4 packets of chews after my dear Matisse "departed". After vet bills over $3K - I appreciated this gesture. I can definitely recommend the products - especially the product pictured - no smell ... no mess.

This is a really good Australian made food. And the delivery is free. In summer I have previously asked to put the food in a styrofoam box as remember, the transport process usually includes being inside a hot van or shed which can and will 'spoil' the food. I buy online in winter only.
