🐶 IMPORTANT REMINDERS🐶

📌 When making your fur baby a booking online please try to book the right appointment with size & service your booking for, due to having customers book in for a small size dog & when they arrive for there appointments the breed of the dog is a Large instead of a small. Unfortunately of late this has been happening a lot, and we need to consider other people with appointments also, when this happens it put us grooms behind & runs into the next customers booking.

📌 If you’re unsure at the time of drop off what you will be charged, please do ask the staff the cost of the appointment before leaving.
Unfortunately again of late customers have a booking for a full groom with their “small” dog, when in fact the dog is actually medium size.

Please take a moment to read the following
We encourage you all to book your next appointments when you can to avoid disappointment. Christmas time is quickly approaching, as you would all know for us dog groomers Christmas time is super busy especially when we come into warmer days also.
The Furminator team will be closing the doors for Christmas holidays on SATURDAY the 21st of December end of day & at this stage will re open on TUESDAY the 14th JANUARY 2025. (Could possibly be before this date)

📲 any stage if you are unable to find an appointment online please feel free to give us a call because sometimes the online booking system can be temperamental & we may have appointments available that are not showing on the online system.
