Dear Valued Clients,

I hope this message finds you and your furry friends well. As we approach the end of the year, I'm excited to share some upcoming changes to my grooming services.

Starting January 16th, 2023, I'll be opening bookings for the new year. However, there are a couple of important updates I'd like to share with you.

Firstly, due to various reasons, I'll no longer be offering mobile grooming services starting from the 16th of January 2024. All bookings in 2023 are still mobile! While it's a tough decision, I believe this change will allow me to provide the best possible care for your pets. Instead, I'll be operating from my trailer in Byron Bay.

I understand that the location change may pose challenges for some of you. If the distance is too far, I completely understand if you need to find a more convenient option for your dog grooming needs. It's always sad to say goodbye to some of my wonderful clients, and I appreciate the trust you've placed in my services.

To streamline the booking process, I'm thrilled to introduce a new online booking system. This will make scheduling appointments easier and more convenient for you.

Additionally, I wanted to share some personal news. At the end of February, I'll be making a move to Sydney. It's a bittersweet decision, and I truly hope to have the opportunity to treat your beloved pets before I leave.

I want to express my gratitude for your continued support and loyalty. It has been a pleasure serving you and your pets, and I look forward to making the transition as smooth as possible for everyone.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding, and I can't wait to continue caring for your furry companions.
