💛Mako💛 Dr Emily helped me with Mako yesterday. Even though I’m still grieving and will for awhile. I can see how pure her compassion was and how she respects everyone’s journey. Mako was my support dog for 14yrs and the one thing I feel certain of after Dr Emily was that helping your best friend when they are not well is the strongest thing a owner can do.

I got to be as close as possible to my boy. Nose to nose cheek to cheek giving him so many kisses so he could hear me and feel me when getting his pet angels wings.

The timing of the Aftercare can be arranged for you through Pet Angel Funerals. We have used pet angels before but didn’t know how or what to do for home vet care. So one call and Dr Emily was able to contact Niel from pet angels for us so we didn’t have to make two calls. This helped so much.

Aladdin 💕💕 Aladdin has been by our side for 13 years and he was the most loyal, loving and goofiest boy.

In his younger years, he was cheeky and would get up to mischief. But as we grew older with Aladdin, he became such a sweet and gentle natured boy.

He loved to join us on our camping adventures and weekends away. He loved swimming with daddy and he walks which were at the same time every day and if we were behind schedule, he would let us know with a bark to hurry us along!

He loved to sleep on the bed, cuddled between mummy’s legs. But most of all, he loved being with us. No matter what we did, or where we went. We always had our little shadow with us.

We miss Aladdin beyond words can explain, life is not the same without him. We love you Aladdin!

We are so grateful we found email who helped us through such a difficult time. Aladdin passed so peacefully surrounded by his mum & dad and at the comfort of his own home.

We thank you Emily, and we could not recommend you enough. 💕🐾

🌷Bella🌷Emily provides such a peaceful setting and assists smoothly with her softly spoken nature even you when you are unable to even speak. Unfortunately, our circumstances meant we had to contact Emily twice within 12 months with both of our beautiful dogs passing in such a short time, but without a doubt I knew I only wanted Emily to be there to create the same experience our babies deserved to peacefully pass. We will be forever grateful for Emily, her guidance and ability to smoothly coordinate with pet angel takes the stress out of such a stressful time.

🌸Bella🌸Our beautiful rescue dog Bella was very fearful of vet clinics therefore I knew that having a vet come to our home was the only choice at the end of her life. We wanted to make sure her last moments were loving calm and peaceful and Dr Emily was the perfect choice, she was very kind, respectful and understanding. She explained the process and suggested treats to distract while administering the sedative which worked very well. The whole experience was very peaceful and calm. Dr Emily was so respectful, taking Bella away in her car with her in the front passenger seat, lying on her favourite bed.

8 years of chaos, 8 years of revolving our social lives around you, 8 years of stressing about you licking a cane toad, or eating a bee or getting up on the roof of the house, 8 years of unnecessary and expensive vet visits, 8 years of anxiety about leaving you for a night away, 8 years of vacuuming your fur up twice a day.

But there’s not a single day of those 8 years I would change for the world because you brought me 8 years of unconditional love, 8 years of loyalty, 8 years of endless laughter, 8 years of cuddles, 8 years of learning how to put something other than myself first, 8 years of being there for me during some of the best and the worst times of my life.

To the first love of my life, 8 years with you is nowhere near long enough, but I have a feeling no amount of time would have been. My heart is shattered into a million pieces and will never be the same again, but I know how lucky I was to have the sweetest, craziest, funniest, most loving puppy in the world, and for that I am forever greatful. I would say rest easy baby boy, but I know you’re up there running around like a lunatic. Your mum’s will love you until forever 🖤

✨Elsie✨When you have to make the heartbreaking decision to end your pet’s suffering, you want to make sure that your pet’s end of life will be as stress-free as possible.
Emily was an absolute angel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my beloved Elsie.

From the very first call, when I was bawling my eyes out, Emily was incredibly kind, understanding, and compassionate. I’m so grateful that Elsie’s final moments were at home, on my lap, and in a calm and peaceful environment.

🌹Milly🌹 Milly, aka Moo was with me for 17 years and 4 months. She has travelled through life with me and been my everything for many years. Milly was born in Canberra, lived in Sydney for many years and enjoyed the sunshine of the Gold Coast for the last 4 years. Milly loved her toy koala and playing tug a war with her red rope. Trips in the car were her favourite where she could sit in the front seat with her head out the window along with walks in the park and at the beach, where she could run free and be happy. She was loved by many children that visited our home and was the centre of attention on their visits.
Dr Emily visited our home on Milly’s last day and was very kind, caring, patient and gentle with Milly as well as being accommodating to my needs and wishes to say goodbye to Milly with a poem and music and allowing me time to do this. It was comforting for Milly to be at home in her last moments.

💝KAREN💝 Karen was a sassy one-of-a-kind boston terrier. She filled our home with joy, love and humour and has left a big hole. We are very grateful for Dr Emily fitting us in last minute so that Karen could have a peaceful and loving goodbye in the comfort of her own home. Dr Emily was gentle, including with us grieving humans, and really made sure that Karen was comfortable and at peace when she left us. She also arranged for Pet Angel to collect Karen, making the process seamless and easy for us.

⭐️Nelly⭐️ Nelly is a Jackaleir (Jack Russell x King Charles Cavalier) She had such a fun personality often displaying the hype of a Jack Russell hunting and barking at anything that moved but also giving the cute cuddles of a Cavalier. Nelly loved walking at the park every day rain, hail or shine she would hear the word “park” and head to the front door ready to go. Nelly loved people and loved a scratchie under her chin. No matter who was in her presence she would smile and go up for a pat and hopefully receive a treat too. A sweet little bestie to everyone and a tonne of entertainment around our home.

Thankyou so much for your tender loving care and being so gentle with him. We also appreciated your kind nature and support to our precious baby girl Harmony. You made the whole transition for us so loving. 🥰

💖Poppy💖 Poppy and I were together for 17.5 years. I was gifted Poppy when I was 21, after I had spotted her in the trading post. At 38, I feel like I have never done anything without her.
Over the last 17.5 years we have shared everything and made many memories, including the birth of my two children now 13 and 9.
Poppy has always been my constant and such a special part of who I am. Poppy was the first thing I always packed and always my last good night.

I had the honour of helping this beautiful boy cross the rainbow bridge this weekend. Jordie belonged to a friend of mine and he brought everyone he met so much joy. Jordie, you will be remembered for your gentle and loving nature and I’m so glad we could give you the peaceful passing you deserved. Your mama did such an amazing job rescuing you and giving you a beautiful life 💖✨

🤍Jack🤍 We recently had to make one of the most difficult decisions as a family in putting our beloved Jack to rest. We are very grateful for Emily's kindness, patience and compassion towards Jack and our family, during the entire process. She kept us informed of each step and allowed us to be a part of Jack's peaceful passing in his own home. We highly recommend Emily and thank her for making an emotionally difficult process, a beautiful and peaceful send off.

🌼Maiya🌼 This is a decision that all pet owners dread but in your heart you know when it is time. It was so important for us for to say goodbye to Maiya at home because visits to the vet were always so stressful for her. This also allowed her fur brothers and sister to be present (people say they are just animals but never underestimate their intuition - the changes in their behaviour in the last 24 hours indicated that they knew).
Emily's kind and calm presence made the process so much easier for us all. Her service is invaluable.
We will miss Maiya (more commonly known as 'Puppy'). She was a nose on legs who inhaled her food, a bit d***y at times but she was a beautiful girl with a gentle soul.

🌼Ellie🌼 Dr Emily was so patient wanting to know about Ellie as our dog Dr Emily was kind and respectful. We had to put down our beloved Ellie. We really appreciate Dr Emily's calm voice her explaining what was happening and giving us the option to have extra time before her 2nd needle.

🐾Indi🐾 We miss Indi every day and the tippy tappy of her little fingernails across the tile floor. Our house is not the same without her.

We remember Indi as being the sweetest and happiest Pug-tato in the world. All she ever wanted to do was make people happy. Here's a photo of Indi that sums her up. She was out little ray of sunshine.

Apart from being the best dog in the world lol Mia had a unique skill where she could twist her nose 90 degree to the side just before a sneeze. It was hilarious and unbelievably cute.
On the rare occasion (which we all do) when you’re just about to sneeze but lose the sneeze and remain in sneeze position with a silly look on your face waiting to see if the mystery sneeze returns. Well Mia would twist her nose and wait for that sneeze to return.

🩷Coco🩷 Coco, our beloved Maltese Shih Tzu shared our lives for 17 years and the decision to have her go to sleep was a much easier one when she was in her own home surrounded by her loving family where we could all feel comfortable sharing her memories with lots of cuddles and kisses. Emily was so gentle in her handling of this process and was the perfect choice.

🌼Georgie🌼 We recently had to make the hardest decision to let our beautiful Georgie go so i contacted Dr Emily from Peaceful Paws and from that moment i knew i had made the right choice, Emily talked us through everything that would happen and allowed us to be part of the process and gave us the opportunity to say our goodbyes in our own time, the respect and dignity she showed both Georgie and our family was commendable, Georgie was a very timid girl but i knew she was at peace with Emily and for that we will be forever grateful.xx

🌺Brian🌺 I am so grateful that Dr Emily was there to help allow our beautiful Brian to pass away peacefully at home. Emily was kind, patient, compassionate and professional and she helped make this very difficult decision easier.

I miss Brian every day but am so grateful that he was able to "go to sleep" in his favourite spot. Thanks Emily, I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Emily thank you so much for your care with our beautiful old girl Sky. Your care went beyond looking after Sky. You took care and time with my family. Sky was our 17 year old blue cattle dog. We had her since she was 8 weeks old and did everything with our family. It was so hard to make the decision to put her to rest but you made it so much easier. We will forever miss our girl.

🌈Marley🌈 Losing a pet and having to say goodbye is one of the hardest things to do. With the right person though it makes it that little bit easier to say goodbye. Thankyou Emily for attending with very short notice to help us through the process of our final fair well with our Marley. We knew she could not spend another night in pain and that it was her time to say goodbye.
Marley is our big teddy bear who is so missed we were so lucky to have 13 wonderful years with her.
We would highly recommend Emily to anyone having to say goodbye to their fur babies.
