Just a reminder again the siganto factory shop does not exist you must order through me or when the website is up you can order through there to pickup from there. At the moment our pop up is at Kawana waters Center on the Sunshine Coast next week we will have a pop up on the gold coast but we will leave that for a surprise for now and we will let you know on our socials.

Good morning firstly the factory front shop is now closed due to traffic issues in our parking area we can no longer have it open but we will be taking orders from online for pickups at the factory so u then have an allocated time. Also you will find our website is down totally it will reopen the week after next as we upgrade the site also because from Monday you will find us for the first time at Kawana waters shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast we don't do that way often so guys it's your chance to stock up again.

We are at Springfield Orion last today we are doing birthday cakes special only $30 EACH usually $50 and we also have fresh large and mini cupcakes your dogs are going to love.

We have our pop up running at Orion please come and support us have temporarily shut the front factory but if you want a personalised item please just message me and we can make arrangements for pickup at Helensvale. And also last orders are going out today for Online this is because we will be using a new pos system and having a new website made up as well to make your online ordering experience easier and we will also be launching somewhere else which will soon be announced we have lots of great things coming for your dogs and cats and its all safe vet approved and doesn't have all the nasty preservatives that you will find in supermarkets and other pet stores. GUESS WHAT EVERYONE we have been asked back to do the EKKA 2023 this year we have a team set up to make sure we have the fresh sundaes and dogwood dogs for all your doggies last year we were making over 100 of them everyday and were sold out in the first couple of hours so we are going to do our best to keep up with demand also this year showbag you get to choose 5 items yourself from a range and we bag it up for you so everyone can choose there dogs favourite items for you dog and we will also do a voucher offer that can we used online because It was such a hit last year we will also have some new very special ekka inspired products your dogs are doing to love. Don't forget we are opening today from 10am to approx 1pm for all you guys who missed out sat because of work etc or you just want some more you won't find a better deal so this is your chance to get the 50% off everything until we return from our break so come earlier to make sure you get what your after now our biscuit stuff will last 8 weeks or more and packaged stuff 6 months or more all depends on how you store it we suggest in cool dry place we have a lot of people who break it up and freeze it to last even longer. ANNOUNCEMENT TODAY ONLY AT ORION SPRINGFIELD 50% ALL STOCK WE OPEN FROM 10.30AM TO 4PM OR UNTIL WE SELL OUT.

This has never been done before, and you will not see it again.
We are temporarily closing for 4 weeks so I can consintrate on my husbands health and recovery as well as my own we will be back on the 22nd of May at Westfield carindale bigger better then ever with online back up and the running of the helensvale shop front open at the factory.

We would just like to first thank from the bottom of my heart my husband for being so strong and my children Zeko and mum who stepped upped and Ethan but also our other family whom have helped us through this difficult time you know who you are. 💙
Also, thanks to the management of our pop ups for their understanding.
And lastly, you guys, for all the kind words we received and all the support following us to different locations to buy your dogs' treats.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Now I usually wouldn't post about our personal circumstances but I have no choice I am sorry if this comes accross badly but I have received message after message of people wanting to make online orders and order cakes for pickup I have made several announcements stating that we are not taking online orders and factory shop front is shut I understand you all want your treats for your dogs but I am asking for a little understanding we are totally family run business my husband Greg which most of you will all know from the pop ups is not well and just stating that does not seem to be enough so I'm sharing our personal business so you can all understand he has had a stroke and will need some time to recover we are all as a family doing our best and just focusing on the pop ups so I am now decorating as well as doing pop ups and we are pulling together as a family to get through until Greg recovers enough to return and I can run online and the factory front again. My husband comes first and this is something I thought people would have some understanding and humility about but the amount of abuse that I have been receiving when I explain without delving into what has happened has been unfair and I am from now on blocking people who have no sympathy or understanding whats going on we are under enough stress without having to deal with people who have no heart. I'm sorry if I have come across bluntly, but again my husband comes first.

Sorry facebook users this has not gotten posted on Facebook only on insta so I am posting again. The factory store front and online orders are paused for the rest of the week at least due to unforeseen circumstances with my husbands health we will be up and running as soon as we can I do apologise again but my family comes first and all pre orders please come and collect them at your allocated time that would be appreciated very much. Pop ups will continue to run as normal every week.
We are at morayfield centre from Monday and our pop up in still running at Westfield Carindale until Sunday so please continue to support us a spoil you doggies and cats.

It's the last day at Westfield Helensvale so come grab your Easter treats for your Doggy as well check out our new cat treats we have Swiss cheese little fish and tiny mini donuts they are bacon and cheese flavour and from tomorrow we are at Westfield carindale for the week.
Also for the first time the week after from the 27th because we have had so much demand to do the centre we will be at the Morayfield Shopping centre for 1 week so share around and let everyone know.

So our front shop is opened buy you can order online as well for pickup or delivery the website is working so far with lots of orders coming through.
Remember to park directly in front of these front doors for pickups or just to show up and make a purchase. Our hours are 9am to 4pm daily closed Sundays.
