1️⃣ Immediate Freezing
As soon as your order arrives, place it in the freezer to maintain freshness.

2️⃣ Store at the Back
Keep your raw dog food at the back of the freezer, where it’s coldest. Avoid placing it near the door, as that area is more prone to temperature fluctuations.

3️⃣ Thawing Safely
When ready to use, thaw your raw dog food in the refrigerator overnight rather than at room temperature to prevent bacterial growth.

4️⃣ Avoid Refreezing
Once thawed, do not refreeze raw dog food. Only thaw what you plan to use within a couple of days to ensure it stays fresh.

5️⃣ Regular Checks
Periodically check the freezer temperature (ideally -18 degrees C or lower) to ensure the raw food stays frozen and safe.

6️⃣ Use Within Recommended Time
Follow the guidelines on the packet for how long to keep the food in the freezer, typically around 3 to 6 months for optimal quality.
