Hey everyone, unfortunately I've had to have emergency surgery. This means I'm out of action for about 6 weeks as I cant lift anything and wouldn't be able to lean over the bath. I will be messaging everyone with appointments in these next few weeks as I know everyone may not see this post. If you are someone who has regular occurring appointments and your pup is ok to skip this one and wait until their following scheduled one I would appreciate it as that would help with rescheduling. Alternatively I understand if you need to book your pup in elsewhere for a groom. I'm sorry for the inconvenience to everyone and I cant wait to be back and see everyone soon! Gem xx🐶

Hey everyone, with the extreme heat warning and the rain not helping with cooling us down please be aware that appointments may need to be rescheduled for the safety of the puppies. As much as I have a portable air con and large industrial fan this weather is just a bit too much and I dont want to put any dogs at risk of heat stroke. I will of course aim to have your pup rescheduled for as early as possible but this heat seems to be lingering alot longer than I thought so please bear with me. I hope everyone and their pup is staying cool and I appreciate your understanding❤️🐶

You may recognise this guys beautiful face from my business logo and on my van. They are my boys that myself and husband brought with us from Ireland 10 years ago and one of the reasons I became a groomer. Unfortunately yesterday Saturday 23rd of September we had to say goodbye to our sweet family member Brodie. He would have been 14 in December and was absolutely loved and is already missed terribly. It's a little hard to sometimes keep the tears back so please just know im grieving for my boy. I appreciate everyone's kind words and support over the last few days when we had to make this difficult decision xx Gem 💔💔

I've currently closed my books to new clients to be able to look after my current regular clients. My next available appointments are February. I will be away from the 19th of January until 31st of January 2023 so best plan ahead for your appointments to ensure you have a spot. Some clients are on a permanent schedule hence why some days are already booked out in advance. Thank you for letting me pamper your puppies 🐶
