There are doggie chiros!

Our pups have just been for their quarterly check up. As you would expect - puppies can knock themselves out of alignment and pull muscles etc just through play, clumsiness, slipping, running into things and generally just being a pup.

What does this mean? 🤔

Well if the jaw is out of alignment, the teeth can grow off centre, doggie doesn't chew his food. Neck can be out of alignment causing a rolling effect down the spine to the pelvis and legs. The pelvis can be off and different joints overcompensate for areas of pain, muscles wastage, tight muscles, paddling shoulders and legs, hockey legs, bunny hopping are all a result of this.

A quick check and realignment and use of Aloguard liniment on sore muscles and ligaments works wonders. You can actually see an immediate improvement and relief in the dog's faces after an adjustment. 🚑 👌

We are lucky in SE Queensland as we have the renowned Animal Chiropractor Robert Humphrey's at Stockleigh. People bring their dogs and horses from as far as Mt Isa for a visit! 🐎

This is something we like to do for our dogs to ensure that they grow and develop in the best possible way, and super important prior to hip and elbow scoring 🏋️‍♀️💪🐶🦮
