Hey guys! Just a bit of updated info as we are heading into the colder months soon. If we have you booked in for a full groom and you wish to change to a wash & tidy for your appointment please tell us at the time of confirmation, not on the day of the groom as we have already scheduled the extra time for the full groom on the day so canβt change the booking type on the day. As of 2025 we have a cancelation policy that if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the booking it will be charged at 50% of the booking price and no shows 100% of the booking price. We will be always continuing to do confirmations a few days before your booking where you are more than welcome to cancel if you need to. Over winter it is much harder to fill last minute cancelation spots so we need to start implementing these changes going forward. Thank you for understanding πΎβ¨
