Wouldn't it be awesome to spend a couple of hours gardening, go for a swim or a surf and then harvest some fresh veggies for dinner on your way home? It's the perfect healthy lifestyle we all need - and it's happening right now here in Coolangatta! Our vision is to create a beautiful, professionally-designed Urban Farm that benefits the entire community. We also aim to provide education on sustai

nable and regenerative farming methods, along with regular workshops on various aspects of home gardening. In addition to scheduled gardening days for our members, we intend to organise social gatherings, fostering a strong sense of community. We're lucky to have land right in the heart of Coolangatta and we're currently working on planning the site, with one garden bed in place already. As an urban garden, we are a little green lung for the city—a place of resilience, renewal, and connection. We also want to send a warm message to all the other community gardens out there—we hope you have weathered the storm safely and haven’t suffered major damage. Hi locals and friends! 👋

This Saturday, October 26th, our Urban Farm will be open from noon to 6 pm (QLD) during the "Block Party on the Bay" event (which runs from 1pm – 7pm NSW).

We’d love for you to stop by and see the work we’re doing in the area. Beyond gardening, we’ve also created a space to gather, share, and strengthen our sense of community.

Find us on Dixon Street just at the top of Bay Street, but our entrance is around the corner in Scott Street.

We hope to see you this Saturday so you can learn more and enjoy this exciting project with us!
