🚨 Heat Stroke in Dogs: Know the Signs! 🚨

As temperatures rise, it's important to be aware of the signs of heat stroke in dogs, a serious condition that can happen quickly and without warning. 🌞🐾

Signs to watch for:

🌡️ High body temperature
💦 Excessive panting or drooling
❤️ Rapid breathing or heart rate
😴 Weakness or lethargy
💩 Vomiting or diarrhea
🦷 Bright red or pale gums
🤯 Staggering or confusion

If your dog shows any of these symptoms, act fast: Move them to a cooler area, offer small amounts of water, and contact your vet immediately.

At AAA Pet Resort, we are proud to participate in Steptember as an organization, joining thousands across the globe to raise awareness and support for individuals living with cerebral palsy. This cause is incredibly close to our hearts, and we’re committed to making a difference in every step we take—both on two legs and four paws! With every nature walk this month we are doing it to make a difference and give a little back to a great cause.

Dogs provide invaluable companionship, comfort, and even therapeutic benefits to those with cerebral palsy. From emotional support to encouraging physical activity and promoting social interactions, our canine friends truly make a difference in the lives of people with CP. Whether it’s lending a furry shoulder to lean on or motivating movement during therapy sessions, these loyal pets are powerful allies in the journey toward independence and well-being.
