Jasmine is a Doberman Pinscher who comes to K9 Aquatic Therapy and Conditioning twice a week to help manage Wobbler syndrome. This condition affects the cervical spine, causing instability and difficulty with movement. Because normal walks or traditional exercise can be challenging and even risky for her, hydrotherapy provides a safe, low-impact way to strengthen her muscles, improve coordination, and maintain mobility.
Her regular sessions focus on controlled movement in the underwater treadmill, helping her build muscle to better support her spine while reducing the strain on her joints. With her dedicated routine, Jasmine is able to stay active and maintain a better quality of life.
