Today marks a very sad day🥹not only for us (mum n dad) but co workers. Our girl/manager/young boss lady has had her last full day in the salon with us, she is flying the grooming nest and is going to embark on a new adventure in the corporate world. We appreciate all that she has done for us for the last 3 yrs and we are going to miss her so so much. Good luck with your new career venture darling we are super proud of the young woman you have grown into. Mum n dad are super proud of you, please don’t be a stranger to the salon come back anytime

What week!!! A MASSIVE THANKYOU TO OUR KIDS!! not only have they not been at home during this weather event they have been staying at our shop, trying their best to keep things running, doing what they can to keep all of the booking they can handle done. Both Hayes and I have been flooded in for a week, we stayed home to keep our animals safe. A BIG THANKYOU TO EVERYONE FOR BEING SO UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CIRCUMSTANCES we will be back Friday after we finish cleaning up

A Heartfelt Goodbye to a Very Special Client

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of one of our most beloved furry clients, Audrey. She wasn’t just a regular—she was truly part of our family.

Every Friday, Audrey would visit us, brightening our day with her sweet nature, signature pigtails, and the beautiful frangipanis in her hair. She was well-known and adored by many of our clients, always bringing a smile to everyone who saw her.

Her presence will be deeply missed, but the joy and love she shared will never be forgotten.

Our hearts go out to her family during this difficult time. Thank you for sharing such a special girl with us.

We are done!!! Over and out!! MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS❤️ we are now off for 3 weeks for a much needed break. Thankyou to everyone for being patient, organised and caring while we fought through December with just the 2 of us. We certainly are looking forward to giving our very sore and tired bodies a well earned rest. See you all next year. With love from the team

Good morning everyone, we are in the thick of our busiest time of the year. We would like to remind everyone that being prompt on your arrival time is VERY IMPORTANT!!
We have a 10 minute grace period which is more then fair, it’s unfair to appointments following yours if we are forced to run late due to lateness. If you are running late please don’t assume we will take you in after 10 minutes our system automatically cancels you we then move on to the next pet to groom.
We will not tolerate being spoken to rudely or will not bend the rules on this. We understand it’s a busy time however we also are busy and messing up our day with either being late or not showing up is not only annoying it’s not allowing us the time to call someone in off the cancellation list. Please understand that we are doing our best your cooperation with this is appreciated.

Starting February 2025, we are introducing some changes to our drop-off and pick-up times.

💼 New Time Blocks:
To streamline appointments, drop-offs and pick-ups will now be scheduled within one-hour time blocks:

Weekdays:
🕗 Morning Drop-off: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🕛 Morning Pick-up: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
🕧 Afternoon Drop-off: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
🕔 Afternoon Pick-up: 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Weekends:
🕗 Drop-off: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🕧 Pick-up: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

🚀 Express Service:
Need to skip the queue? Add an express fee of $25 for faster service.

🐱 Cat Appointments:
Separate appointment times will be allocated exclusively for our feline clients.

Good morning everyone, here we are in the thick of the Christmas rush, that means we are really really busy.
A big thankyou to those who pre booked their appointment for this busy time.
As of now we are FULLY BOOKED we will not be taking anymore on, we are still a 2 person show until Hayes is back on his 2 feet after surgery, this is estimated to be after the new year.
Just a few housekeeping rules that aren’t new just a little reminder

1. ABUSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT ALL, BEING SWORN AT, SPOKEN TO RUDELY AND OR SAYING WE ARE LAZY FOR NOT TAKING YOUR DOG FOR AN APPOINTMENT WILL NOT GET YOU AN APPOINTMENT, WHAT IT WILL GET YOU IS BANNED FROM OUR SALON, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE

2. Arrival of your appointment, please this is a huge one, to ensure we run smoothly and do not run late on the appointments after your own we ask that you are right on time, lateness is not an option any time if the year especially this mad time. Anymore then 10 minutes late our system automatically cancels you therefore we no longer can or will take you in. Please don’t turn up any later then 10 minutes you may be disappointing with us not taking you in.

3. Pick up times, WE ARE NOT A DAYCARE!!! Every client is given a pick up time please be prompt on this so we can make room for those who are in after you. A daycare fee will be charged if you are 1/2 hour late after your given pick up time.

4. PLEASE BE KIND WE ARE DOING OUR BEST WITH JUST 2 OF US OUR BACKS HURT, HANDS ARE SWOLLEN SORE, AND FEET KILLING US. WE APPRECIATE YOUR KINDNESS WHILE WE NAVIGATE AND TRY OUR BEST TO HELP EVERYONE WE CAN.

If you have missed out on getting an appointment with us we are sorry, December was almost booked out in October, we wish everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS
OUR LAST DAY IN THE SALON WILL BE:
The 23rd of December and we return on the 13th of January.

Hi everyone, we are down a staff member till after Christmas, although some of you may not see Hayes he is always here chugging away in the back helping and grooming your pets. He has had knee surgery and is going to need quite a bit of time off to recover. What this means is it’s just the two of us in the hectic lead up to the crazy Christmas and holiday rush PLEASE PLEASE be considerate we truely are doing our best to get your pets out in a timely manner and your patience would be very much appreciated. So what we are asking is that if we ask for extra time with your pet please try to help us out by being flexible. Also we would appreciate prompt arrival times and upon picking your pet up. We are not a daycare so please remember this if you have a busy schedule extra fees apply if your leaving your pet without notice to us THANKYOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

Yesterday was such a great day for the 2 teams we sponser at the murwillumbah netball club.They both took out the 2024 GRAND FINAL WIN!!! We are so incredibly proud of all the kids who put in such a great effort and have done us proud all year long with coming away and not only overall winner but coming away with minor premiers aswell.

Good morning everyone, although we understand that sometimes being late is no one’s fault due to traffic, roadworks or whatever the case maybe we have a 15 minute window of grace this has been more then generous for a while now. We feel however that,that time is being taken advantage of, we will now be cutting the grace period to 10minutes.

An example of this is if you and 3 others turn up between your actual appointment time and the 15 minutes we could be as much as 1 hour behind for the rest of the day.

Not not only is this unfair to clients that do turn up right on time and want their dogs out in a timely manner, it’s really unfair to expect our staff to rush to catch up to try to get your pets out in a good time frame

So moving forward a 10 minute window is now the new grace period, messages are sent out with reminders if you have booked via phone, if you have booked via messenger please ensure you set a reminder in your calendar or phones to remind you of your appointment

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for abuse for your missed appointment, not being able to get an appointment when it suits you or the like.

We have always encouraged you to pre book appointments to avoid the disappointment of not being able to get in when you want, pre booking always ensures you get what you want,when and what day.

So with that we also would like to let you know it’s also appreciated that the given pick up time is please adhered to, we are not a doggy daycare or do we have the facilities to keep your pet for extended hours.
