Please wait until it’s cooler outside before you walk your dog in the heat.
The amount of people I have seen seen walking their dogs in the middle of the day at temperatures of 36 degrees. I don’t think your dog is that desperate for a walk..
this is what can happen. Extremely painful for you dog.
