This weekend we proudly hosted the wedding of Hayley and Simon, what a magical few days with 60+ guests camping and glamping with us over the weekend along with many more on the day. The farm was alive with happy people and the weather just perfect for partying on this special day 🥳💎🤩

Another busy week here, so nice to see both EHR Arohaboy and EHR Snappy Kicks finding lovely new homes with Kristen and Susanne. We look forward to updates!

The weather finally broke and the farm got 40mm of much needed rain. It was great to see our horses already enjoying their fabulous new paddock shelters we are in the process of installing courtesy of our 2023 and 2024 Victorian Government Welfare Grants.

Time to bring in some more horses to start their post racing transition!

With our orange boys EHR Mozza and EHR Mamool both finding their new homes with Lilli and Laura.

Wishing them the best of luck and look forward to seeing them both out competing in the future with Mozza headed for an eventing career and Mamool in the show jumping arena!

A huge Thank You to Steve from Topline Arenas for the construction of our amazing Capricorn ebb and flow arena.
We love it and nothing quite like the feeling of riding on top of the world!

If you are looking at installing an arena I cannot recommend Steve enough. Nothing was too hard and his work was amazing including our beautiful fencing.

Equorum Horse Refuge was a very lucky recipient of a Victorian State Government Animal Welfare Grant in 2023 to upgrade our special needs side of the farm which includes a safe veterinary area, lockable vet room, isolation stables and yards for horses with exercise restrictions and needing extra supervision. Very excited to see this project which we started in the New Year is getting closer to completion and will enable us to look after more horses with injuries and special needs. Big thanks to everyone involved in our new project: Tack Stables and Shelters, Cathkin Farm Services, HNB Electrical.

It was an unfortunate end to EHR King Lenny’s season with him missing out on MI3DE but we are looking ahead to the next half of 2024 with some big goals set!

EHR Taut You Could (Taut) got his call up a little earlier than expected with a run in the 60cm at Albury CCN Horse Trials with some super highlights! Topping his comp debut off with a 12th in the Hong Kong Jockey Club Rising Stars class at MI3DE!! Looking forward to his progression into 2024.

Wishing our very beautiful Banksie goodbye today as he heads off to his new life with Amy. Sad to see this gorgeous boy go but know he will love being fussed over and spoilt and is sure to be bringing home lots of awards in the future 🫶🏻🙌🏻🐴🥰

Great morning at Ruffy Royal with a few of our horses having their first outings. EHR Pascal taking champion led and EHR Extreme taking Rory to Reserve Champion rider and 3rd in his hack class after being a bit green in his workout. Very happy with how they handled the day.
