Good evening all.

I have had some questions regarding the Raw 4 Paws food after a segment on the Today Show on the 26th May. The segment was by Dr Josie Gollan on a preservative found in raw pet meat in supermarkets. The preservative in question is called Sulphur Dioxide and can cause a thiamine (B1) deficiency in pets. Some of the symptoms include vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy and if left untreated, wobbly head holding, seizures and in extreme cases, death.

Given this information, it is a timely reminder that Raw 4 Paws has NO preservatives or chemicals included. It is made fresh from fresh human grade vegetables, fruit, meat, offal, bone and eggs. It is made, packed and snap frozen all on site in Queensland by Raw 4 Paws. The food remains frozen on it's journey here to Melbourne and then packed straight away into freezers in Sunbury.

When you feed your pet Raw 4 Paws, remember your food safety handling as well. Treat it like you would your own food. Defrost it in the fridge and take off what you need to feed your pet each day. Throw out any unused defrosted portion after 4 days. Please do not defrost in the microwave, as the chicken and turkey have real bone pieces in it and you don't want to cook them in any way.

A little bit of a mix up for my guys tonight; well in fact we do this regularly. Adding good extra tid bits to the bowl is great for them. Salmon belly bits, blueberries and mushroom broth cubes along with our Raw4Paws makes for a gourmet dinner

Good afternoon. A number of you will note we have no stock right now. Unfortunately I am at the mercy of the current transport situation and have been unable to get any answers from the customer service team. Hopefully, we will see stock this week; I have my fingers crossed.

It was with great sadness we heard of the passing of one of our customers last night. Alby is a great example of dogs doing well on Raw4Paws. R4P was one of the few foods that Alby could have that did not trigger his epilepsy. He will be very much missed and continually loved. Many hugs to his person.

Hi all, just FYI from concerned questions regarding the pet mince connection to the Victorian knackery (Maffra). I have also been sent messages whereby Victorian vets are telling people not to feed raw. Raw4Paws is produced in Queensland and they do not use horse meat; which has now also been linked to this knackery. Raw 4 Paws does NOT have and never has had any connections to that knackery or other such places.They do NOT use pet grade meat, minces nor horse meat! All ingredients are all human grade. Good morning. Given these crazy times there have been many undue pressures on small business, including mine and the suppliers of Raw4Paws. Last year I received a price increase from the supplier, that I decided to absorb. For this month of July, I have received another; this one I cannot absorb and will need to pass this on. My prices as of August, 2021 will reflect this increase on my website.

Update on the roo availability. Cause for low/no supply has been due to the US markets squashing out the roo hide sales there. This being the primary driver to the meat supply here in Australia. Now the meat is the primary driver they have upped the price per kilo, now $15.95. I will be checking with customers to verify if this is still an option for them at this price.
