My son saying hi to some of our rescue animals on our small rescue farm !! 🤩

It’s commonly mistaken that we only do dogs and cats
BUT we do everything from small pocket pets, through to small, medium and large farm animals
Including bottle feeding lambs, calves and everything inbetween 🐏🐄🫶🏽

On this farm we have 3 ponies and 3 horses, 1 rescue horse has gone to his forever home in Dubbo and has been there for a few years now, 3 alpacas and just added another 5 sheep to our already 13 sheep
Currently have 3 rescue dogs (greyhound, whippet and Maltese x ) we did have two other greyhound with us for a long time after saving them but unfortunately lost them in the past few years and we have 2 cats with a stray that visits regularly for food and a warm spot to sleep 😴

Everyone on the team is large animal experienced and confident around large and unpredictable animals

• Hard feeding
• Rugging horses
• Moving them to appropriate yards or stalls
• A brush down
• 💩 duty
• water checks (that’s a given)
And a general all over check to make sure no one has injured themselves !

We can do regular feed ups if you leave home early or return late from work as well as holiday day

All enquiries can be made through Facebook or I can be reached on

Exercising your dogs 🙌🏼
It’s common for us to hear that people are needing to walk and exercise their dogs a crazy amount each day.
“ 2 hours twice daily “
“ an hour walk, a swim and a run on the dog treadmill “
“ regular hikes and a chance to run “

In reality, doing this is actually what’s causing your dog to need more and more exercise and is conditioning them to need to live that life style !!

YES dogs do NEED to be walked and they need to be walked quite regularly to satisfy their physical and mental needs, but they don’t need to be running marathons multiple times a day.

Something as simple as changing the way you feed them and incorporating enrichment outings will give the same if not a better outcome than their 2 hour run.

Choosing to do enrichment will make them use more than their physical strength and will tire them out mentally therefore getting more out of it, they will be more content at home, less destructive, less likely to cause fights amongst fur siblings, more likely to be able to switch off and ignore the dogs walking past or neighbours dogs barking and lessen the chances of them wanting to make a break from their yard and go exploring. 🤯

“ but what exactly do I do ???”
That’s easy, book in with the team to have your dog/s taken out for an enrichment outing !!!
We will give you a guide on things to do yourself and to incorporate into their life.
But otherwise, we pick them up and take care of the rest !! This can be while you are at work for the day, days you are planning to be away for long hours or while you are on holidays. 🤩

We do of course offer regular dog walks, which don’t forget even with additional enrichment they still need !

Here’s my two over the day after getting out of the house for just an hour, sitting and watching, sniffing around and a bit of a walk
Normally Harley (tanned) is easily set off when people walk past the house particularly with dogs, neighbours dogs barking, neighbours doing gardening or just simply being in their own back yard 😅 they slept ALL DAY
The last photo of them together in their crate at 6pm
They had been inside in the cool for a few hours snoring away.
This meant I could slip away to visit everyone’s animals this evening, get the kid sorted and start organising our baby room without them begging for attention or running around barking at everything that moved !! 🫶🏽🤩

First visits to Indie and her brother Barney over the long weekend !
Twice daily to have dinner and locked inside for bed and breakfast then to be let back into the yard for the day !
Not before making sure they both got a run around, pats and some tug of war ✨

All of our visits can be catered around your pets specific needs
whether they need medication at a certain time
Have set dinner or breakfast times
Come inside for bed and let out again in the mornings
Multiple visits a day for toilet breaks
Making sure little escapes artist are staying where they should be 😅

Something as simple as daily visits while you are at work is enough to keep dogs happy and content then being less likely to take themselves for a adventure 🤞🏽

Some of our 2024/2025 faces during our Christmas and new year period 🫶🏽⭐️

Finishing up with all our major holiday visits last week and starting to get back on to our regular walks and home visits ✔️

With our pets and their humans relocating and change in circumstances we have a number of spots open for regular dog walking and regular home visits

Home visits are great for those who work long hours and dread coming home to see what their fur children have gotten up to 😂
It is guaranteed to keep you and your pet feeling at peace ☮️ while you are out all day.

⭐️Fantastic for dogs full of energy, anxiety being alone for too long, younger or older dogs that can’t tend to be outside on their own and need toilet breaks

Everything we do and offer is catered to your pets needs and your lifestyle, offering all pet care INSIDE the animals home.
Stopping the potential escape artist
Keeping them as comfortable as possible while you aren’t there
Ensuring there will be no altercation between other animals within the household, which is always a risk when having them go elsewhere 😩

Everything we do is mapped and updated through a client and sitter portal for transparency

Contact can be made via our Facebook or 0448 884 607

SPOTS AVAILABLE ⭐️

Regular dog walks • half hour & hour spots
Daily visits • half hour & hour spots
- Daily home visits are a fantastic option for humans that are out working all day or away for the day and need their animals checked in on, let out of the house, given a run around or dogs that struggle being alone for long periods and just need someone to sit with them. This will ensure you come home to much calmer pups and less chance of a mess being made inside 🥴

Please note throughout the summer months, walks are only offered in the morning and evening to avoid the heat as much as possible 🌞

Holiday care spots are ongoing 🤩 catering to your pets routine
•If they sleep inside and require late visits to be put to bed and early mornings to be let out
•If they are fed twice a day or receive medication at a specific time
• If they can’t be trusted outside in their yard unattended we do offer as many visits throughout the day as necessary!

•. Video of two of my newest doggos for attention !!!
Both having their own quirks, one less likely to want to hang around for pats and does his own thing and the other more likely to want to sit on your feet 😂
Can you guess which is which 😎

Ripley and Suki flying in to tell us how important it is to ensure your animals are keeping cool during these hotter months 🥵

This time of year we offer “ welfare checks “ to all Sorts of animals, this just entails a quick midday check in to make sure everyone is keeping cool and hydrated while their people are off working or away for the day.

If your pets don’t have access to indoors to get out of extreme heat it’s good to have a peace of mind that they are coping okay and not running themselves mad to the point of falling sick to heat stroke, or roasting themselves in the sun - depending on the breed this is all it takes for them to go down hill.

We can spend the time having water play, time inside cooling off and resting, or simply sitting with them and being with them while making sure there is plenty of fresh water available and that they haven’t got themselves in to trouble with any unwanted friends passing through 🐍 😩

+ Daily visits
+ Holiday care
+ Midday welfare checks

Sweet Donk 😩🫶🏽

Daily medicating and feeding for this boy at our overnight stays 🐴

Filled with sass but has the cuddliest and sweetest nature making it very easy to give him his pain relief.

He thought he would be fun and quirky and come down with founder, foundering can become very serious very quickly if not caught and managed appropriately.

He is currently contained in a smaller yard without access to acres and acres of long sugary grass - much to his disgrace 🥸

On our midday visits to the pups we put his feed into be soaked, ready to be fed at dinner time ~

Improving massively and showing no signs of discomfort we dropped down his pain relief but his humans will continue to monitor him and keep him contained and on a strict no sugar diet !! 😩

🔥 knowledgeable of cattle and experienced in bottle feeding little baby calves

MEET THE TEAM 🌟🌟

Kira, some of you may already know of Kira or have seen her name pop up on your bookings ✨

I have been working in the animal care industry for 11 years, (17 years if you count youth volunteering at Taronga Zoo!) I have a strong background in working for animal shelters and rescue organisations.

Have a bachelor degree in Animal Science and Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services (canine training and behaviour).

Outside of work, I love to ride horses when I get the chance, and have a 10 year old female rescue Greyhound named Tahly, who loves to go camping with us.

Christmas 🎄 and new years ✨🌟

Christmas period is coming in HOT 🥵

We have a limited amount of space available for this period, however there are THREE of us this year so have a bit of extra capacity up until Christmas Eve and from the 27th of December onwards.
We are still doing minimal bookings for Christmas Day itself to give myself my first Christmas Day off in over 5 years 🤪 but will still have Kira around to help Morning and Evening.

✨✨🌟🌟A few things regarding our procedures over this period ✨✨🌟🌟

🎄We do NOT offer overnight care for the month of December due to limited availability but can offer multiple visits throughout the day and late night visits if requested.

🎄As usual we do not offer walks on public holidays unless specifically requested, however walks will not be accepted on Christmas Day.

🎄If we visit and walk your animals regularly and you don’t require these to continue during the holiday period please let me know ASAP, we will continue to do our regular visits and walks all the way through ( other than public holidays ) unless told otherwise. I will however send out individual messages to confirm this, to allow our day to day run as smooth as possible. Of course plans do change but we do ask for as much notice as possible, if we do show up to a booking and are not needed the entire cost will still be charged.

🎄Please remember it will be summer time, so we may suggest alternate options for your pets and additional visits if we are concerned about their welfare.

Side note- I have been asked in the past to visit dogs every other day, this is not an option and visits to most animals is a minimum of once a day.
If animals are crated or living outside and we have extreme temperatures we will not accept the booking if it is not agreed upon for us to do as many visits that we deem necessary. This is to make sure that everyone is safe 🤞🏽 while in our care.

Do you really know your sitter ? And how much experience have they actually got ??? ⚡️⚡️

I will FOREVER talk about how important it is to get a pet carer who is experienced, and doesn’t just do the work for some extra money during school holiday or because they just love animals and want something to do.

It is not often that I have had an emergency with any of my animals that I care for BUT myself and the girls I employ are all experienced and knowledgeable in the case of an emergency arising.

In the past we have had a dog bitten by a snake between visits while their owners were away, if it wasn’t for Nicole noticing some very slight but concerning symptoms I dare say that dog would not be here with us right now, but she stepped in to action and called me and we went through what was going on and we made the decision to get her to the vet confirming a snake bite and treating her.
We have had a dog with a uncontrollable ear bleed, if you know much about dogs ears, they bleed ALOT and then they will shake their heads continuously from the discomfort making it very hard for that bleeding to stop, we got him to the vet glued him up sent him home with a cone.
Many years ago I was caring for two very aged horses prone to laminitis and colic , one of them started to present with very minimal signs of colic, getting the vet out ASAP to try and treat it but his health declined dramatically and he unfortunately was unable to be saved but was kept comfortable during that time of treatment if those first signs were not picked up this would have been a horrific way for him to pass on his own.

Unfortunately we did very recently loose a sweet boy unexpectedly while his humans were away, the first visit to him he was great and bubbly, eating, greeted me as I came in, the second visit he didn’t come and greet me that was the first red flag, then he went and had a massive drink which I called him back from so he wouldn’t make himself sick - second red flag he did throw that water up - third red flag then didn’t eat and was noticeably uncomfortable when trying to sit or lay down
With this there was trembling and excessive panting. A lot of people would have put that down to him being sad his humans were away, a upset tummy and would have let him rest it off, or might not have taken the time to notice at all - quickly stepping into action we got him up to the vets to rule out a snake bite, or some sort of blockage.
He had a mass on his spleen which ruptured. He went into emergency surgery and later passed away
IF there was a school child or someone without knowledge or experience caring for him he could have very well suffered and passed away in that yard on his own.

Sometimes I’ll be asked about my prices and why they are higher than the neighbours daughter or the aunty’s cousin. That’s because I am insured and I know what I’m doing, and I don’t make mistakes or miss things with people’s pets and give them the best care possible.

I have made the mistake myself choosing the wrong pet carer for my animals, she had all the qualifications under the sun, but I didn’t get the feeling I was being heard at the meet and greet so wrote down in detail what to do and there was still a massive mistake that could have cost my dogs their life.

Their life isn’t worth the risk of getting someone cheaper or for free.
