As we wrap up a fantastic year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support. We’re so thankful for each of you and your furry friends, and we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store! 🙏🏼

Please note, our last day of business for the year will be Sunday, December 22nd. We will be taking a well-deserved break to refresh, recharge, and come back with fresh ideas and exciting new plans for the year ahead. We will be reopening on Tuesday, January 7th, and will respond to all messages and missed calls when we return. 🥰

As we enter the busy week leading up to Christmas, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. This is a particularly busy time for us, and wait times may be a bit longer than usual. Please rest assured that our team is working hard to ensure every pet receives the care and attention they deserve.

We also ask for your understanding if you’re waiting for your dog or cat to be finished – we will call you as soon as they’re ready for pick-up. We know that Christmas week can be hectic, and we truly appreciate your cooperation as we work to provide the best service possible.

Currently, we are fully booked for the week, and we are at capacity. However, if you’d like, we can add you to our waitlist in case any appointments become available.

Today, we had the sweetest, most adorable visitor—Milly, the puppy Rough Collie! This was Milly’s very first grooming session, and we’re so excited to be part of her grooming journey.

Milly started the desensitisation process today, getting used to the sounds, sights, and smells of the grooming process in a calm and positive way. She’s a real trooper and took it all like a champ! We’re looking forward to watching her grow and get more comfortable with every visit.

Can’t wait to see this cutie back for more puppy pampering soon! 🐾💖

Hi everyone!
We’re so grateful for your continued support, especially as we head into the festive season!🎄We’re seeing lots of pets come through, which is wonderful, but it does mean there may be longer wait times—particularly this week and next.

If you have a larger dog, or if your pet is having a hand-scissored or specially requested haircut (which we absolutely love doing!), please expect a little extra time. We’re doing our best to stay on schedule, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We’ll always give you a call when your pet is ready to go home, so please wait for that before returning. If you haven’t heard from us, feel free to give us a quick call to check in. And if we’re running behind, we’ll make sure to keep you updated with a courtesy call or message, although we will notify you on arrival how we are tracking.

Thank you again for being so understanding—it means the world to us, and we’re here to take the best care of your pets!

Say hello to Morticia, our lovely Cavalier who made a special appearance at Fluffy & Co. once again! 🖤🐾. Just a couple of days ago, we had Uncle Fester and Gomez from the Addams Family drop by, and now Morticia is here to showcase her amazing tricks! This clever girl can perform her routines using only sign language—no words needed. They just missed each other, but we're sure they'll have a spooky reunion soon!Check out this video of Morticia impressing us all with her skills. We can't wait for the next visit from our favorite Addams Family members! 🐶✨

Sadie came in today for her first big girl haircut! 🐾✨ On her last few visits, she's been getting a puppy bath and tidy, but with her coat transitioning from puppy to adult, she was ready for a much-needed haircut. Just look at the stunning result! We're so proud of you, Sadie! 💖
