Important Holiday Season Update 🎄🐾

As we head into the last week of November and approach December, we’d like to kindly remind our customers that this is the busiest time of the year for grooming salons, and we are experiencing a high volume of bookings. We understand that every pet has their own grooming needs, and while we strive to stick to your pet’s scheduled service time, please be aware that due to increased demand, grooming sessions may take longer than usual during the festive season.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets, we ask that you kindly remain outside of the grooming area until you are called to pick your pet up, upon service finishing. This helps prevent any added stress for your dog, as they may become anxious seeing you in the waiting area. Our grooming environment is open, and we want to maintain a calm atmosphere, especially while using sharp equipment. We never want to rush a groom, and we will not compromise on quality or safety.

If you have any time-sensitive commitments, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation—we are committed to giving your pets the best care possible during this busy season! 🎄🐕🐾

He’s always the last dog of the day, and honestly, he’s perfectly content with that! Just look at that smile—he’s the epitome of relaxed and ready for his pampering session. 😊

We’ve made a few changes to our grooming services to better cater to your pets needs and help you book the right service! When booking via Fresha, you may notice that our Full Groom service title has changed to “Essential Full Groom”. It’s the same service at the same price, but now it’s clearer and more in line with what’s included!

Here’s the breakdown:

Essential Full Groom

The Essential Full Groom is our standard grooming service, perfect for a shorter summer trim! This includes:
• Full body clip (up to a #3 blade)
• Bath & Blow-dry using high-quality products
• Nail clipping
• Ear cleaning
• Cologne spray
• Cute round face with a tidy, manageable coat!

This is ideal for those looking for a practical, shorter trim to keep your dog comfortable and looking fresh. Please note: no shaving to the skin unless necessary for matting, and we’ll always check with you if a shorter cut is needed due to mats.

Essential Full Groom is great for routine maintenance and a clean, simple look. 💧✂️

Deluxe Full Groom

✨Introducing the Deluxe Full Groom—our premium grooming experience! ✨
This option is for those who want a longer, more detailed trim with extra styling and attention to detail. It includes everything from the Essential Full Groom, plus:
• Full body trim (longer than a #3 blade)
• Breed-specific hand sc******ng for a polished look
• Longer cuts (1” and above) for a customised, stylish finish
• Custom styling to suit your dog’s breed and personality

Whether you’re after a longer, flowing trim or a beautifully scissored finish, the Deluxe Full Groom ensures your dog gets the luxury grooming they deserve. 💎✨

Why is it more expensive?
The Deluxe Full Groom takes extra time and skill. We’ll carefully work on your dog’s coat, using sc******ng and precise trimming to achieve a more tailored, refined look. It’s perfect for breeds that need specialised grooming, such as Poodles, Oodles, Schnauzers, Cocker Spaniels, and more!

How to Book

When you book on Fresha, please select “Essential Full Groom” for a shorter, practical trim. If you want a more detailed, luxurious grooming experience, go ahead and book the Deluxe Full Groom—your dog will leave looking and feeling their absolute best! 💕🐾

We’re excited to introduce our Deluxe Bath & Tidy service! This upgraded option includes a full bath and blowdry with premium shampoo and conditioner, plus a thorough brush-through. We’ll tidy the face, feet, and hygiene areas, trim extra hair from the legs, chest, and back end, and add a deshedding treatment to reduce excess fur. Nails clipped, ears cleaned, and finished with a conditioning cologne.

See below for Louie’s first visit to the salon—his mum booked a standard Bath & Tidy. On his second visit, she chose the Deluxe option, and you can really see the difference with the extra trim! 🐾✨

🎄Christmas Break Notice
& Appointment Availability🎄

We will be closing for our Christmas break from December 22nd until January 7th.

There are still a few spots available for December appointments, but they’re filling up quickly! To ensure your furry friend is pampered and ready for the holidays, we recommend booking soon before slots run out!

In the last week of trading, we’ll be offering appointments on selected days starting at 7 AM. If you’d like an early bird spot, please reach out directly and we’ll do our best to fit you in! We’re also happy to accommodate both early and later afternoon appointments during the last week to make sure everyone’s pups are looking their best for their Christmas parties and holiday gatherings. 🎅🐾

As a festive bonus, we’ll try to snap a Christmas photo of each dog with their holiday ribbons, using our special backdrop—time and doggie cooperation permitting, of course! 🎁✨
