Sad day at Zambuana Lodge today with the passing of Karni, two weeks before her 11th birthday, born on the 22nd of Sept 2013. Much loved member of our Zambuana family. We will miss our little “high five” girl. For ever free now with the Zambuana legends. Love you 💞

Hi everyone, we are needing to find a new home for Bex (Zambuana Kamarii) Bex is 8 months old (born on the 7th of sept 2023). He is a stunning liver-nose boy with a great temperament and nature. He has had a little training but toilet trained, vaccinations are up to date, vet checked and has just been de-sexed. He’s still a puppy, so very playful but obedient and healthy young man. The summer months are rapidly approaching, and it's going to be a scorcher! Keep your pups heat safe this summer with a few top tips from us:

✅ Hydration is key! Always provide fresh, cool water for your pup to drink.
✅ Avoid those scorching midday walks. Opt for early morning or late evening strolls when the sun isn't at its peak. Hot footpaths can burn their paws, so be mindful.
✅ Create shady spots in your yard or on your deck where your dog can relax and escape the sun's rays.
✅ Never, ever leave your dog in a parked car, even for a few minutes. The temperature inside can skyrocket in no time, putting their health at serious risk.
✅ Watch out for signs of heat stress, such as excessive panting, drooling, or weakness. If you notice any of these symptoms, move your pup to a cooler area and contact your vet immediately.
