6 acre shared paddock in charlemont. Small yard seperate and separate 2.5 acre If required. 13th beach 13 minutes down the road. Sand arena to rent a couple houses down the road. Electric fencing. Private paddocks soon to be added & a round yard.
DIY unless otherwise. Happy for people to put up temp fencing if you want your horse seperate until privates go in.
Wash bay, and public pony grounds just down the road. Quiet roads to ride and across the road there’s a trail to the river.
