At our salon, we want to ensure that all of our clients are completely satisfied with their grooming services. If for any reason you are not happy with the grooming service you received, we have a generous refund policy in place.If you are unsatisfied with your grooming service, we first offer a free groom on your next visit with our master stylist. This complimentary service must be scheduled in advance and the grooming appointment must take place within 5 weeks of your previous groom. Our master stylist has extensive experience and training, and we are confident that they will be able to address any concerns and provide you with a quality grooming experience.

If after the free groom you are still not happy with the results, we offer a refund of 50 percent of the cost of your grooming service. We want to make sure that every client feels valued and satisfied with their experience at our salon, and we are committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy. We are here to ensure that you have a positive and enjoyable grooming experience with us.

Working at My Dog Groomer is absolutely amazing! It's such a fantastic experience because every single day, I get to learn so much about these adorable animals. And you know what's even better? We get to work with dogs! How awesome is that? I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of MDG, and let me tell you, my absolute favorite VIP is Boris. Whenever you give him a pat, he gets so excited and starts wiggling his little butt. It's just too cute for words!
