Today was our annual open Hunter Trial.
We would like to thank all jump judges and those that jumped in & just gave a hand without being asked. Also competitors for keeping the day moving quickly.

Sunday was our last muster of 2024. We finished with a fun ribbon day which was organised by our young coach Brooke Robertson. Brooke did a fantastic job, the day was enjoyed by all.

Over the weekend Tahni Jordan & Pistol competed at Ned Twohill Teams Eventing at Southport PC. They did the dressage phase for 3 teams putting all 3 teams in a great position heading into the remaining phases.
‘Tristra’s Smokin Pistol’ was 1st After Showjumping and Dressage, just out of placings after the XC.
‘Rein It In’ in 4th after SJ and Dressage and 2nd after XC.
‘Triple The Fun’ 2nd after dressage and showjumping and 5th after XC.

Our member Tahni Jordan & her horse Pistol have been busy attending a few dressage competitions and achieving some great results
Oxenford dressage overall champion with 74.6% in one test
Virtual PCA international dressage result in the novice 9th out of 30+ riders, scoring 67.2% with close scores while first was on 69%
On the weekend 3 of our riders Kate Scott, Hollie Hodges & Madi Robertson teamed up with Ellie Harvey from Nerang PC to form a zone 2 team to competing in the 1m class at the PCQ Showjumping Teams Championship at Maryborough. The team finished 3rd overall.

On the weekend two of our senior riders attended Redcliffe Sporting Gymkhana having a great day out.

Our members Hayley McCormack has continued her winning way at Taroom this week for the PCQ State Championships finishing overall
5th Formal Gymkhana
6th Sporting
10th Campdraft
A great effort especially as Hayley was not well.

Hayley - 2nd Sporting figure 8, 3rd in SJ, drum & peg , and stock horse to come 5th overall
Lotus - 6th presentation, 8th drum & peg, 10th rider & SJ

Our members Tahni Jordan & Caitlin Adams competed at Rosewood PC showjumping yesterday

Tahni on hank in the 90cm and got 3rd, 3rd and 4th to finish 4th overall

Caitlin on ripples in 60cm got 2nd, 3rd and 4th and finished 3rd overall

Congratulations to our member Hayley McCormack on her select to represent Australia against Nz in the trans tazmin challenge for barrel racing and breakaway roping and will head over to NZ to compete in January 2025.
