Find out what's on offer at Highfield and keep up to date with the goings on. Agistment: We offer full care agistment which includes feeding out mornings and/or evenings. The price is $135 plus gst/week for the small privates, $145 +gst/shared and $155+gst/week for the larger private. Highfield is supervised and managed 24/7 by professional horse personnel. Lessons are available with NCAS qualifie

d instructors, and we run training clinics with international instructors at times. Full use of facilities is included in the price. 60x60 outdoor, 30x20m smaller arena, indoor round yard all with Fiber sand surface, over 5,000 acres to hack out in without touching a road, and other usual facilities. We offer lesson and agistment packages which have a huge discount. Lessons: Highfield is essentially a competition training barn and we do a lot of teaching here as well. We offer lessons on our horses which are well trained in dressage and/or jumping. We have horses that are suitable for levels from beginners up for all ages. Our lessons are individual private lessons which run for approximately 1 hour. The cost is $120 per lesson on a Highfield horse and $110 on your own horse, we do offer a shared lesson option for friends who want to ride together or members of the same family. Our teaching philosophy is based on training horse and rider to be in harmony. Obviously, safety is an important criteria and so we pay a lot of attention to balance and good position, as well as good communication with the horse.

Sol

This boy has a heart of gold!

Sol is a 15.2h warmblood gelding by Stakkato Gold out of a Trakehner mare. He is sensible at 6yrs old and has a great technique of jumps.

He has competed at 1.05cm and jumped gymnastically 1.20cm at home easily. He may be on the smaller side but has a solid build.

Misdy is a beautiful of the track thoroughbred, at 7 years old she has limitless potential and continues to show enthusiasm in all that is asked of her!

Misdy raced as Miss Daytona and continues to compete as Highfield Miss Daytona.

Now it is important to note Misday is a mild windsucker, she does not do this tied or at shows though.

This yearling continues to astound us! Dot is a beautiful filly already measuring around the 15hh mark. She has an exceptional temperament with endless potential, wining people over with her looks.

Dots damn is the incredible Highfield Amaryllis with her sire being So Perfect. Both being incredible performance horses.

Over the weekend two of our incredible young riders competed in the inter-school show jumping and dressage held at the Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre.

Jaeda competed in the jumping, with a clear 60cm round and making it through to the jump off!
Jaeda and her horse Ember continue to work closely with our trainers at Highfield growing their skills!

Talia and her beautiful young horse Luna that was breed and raised at Highfields, competed in their very first inter-school dressage competition this weekend!

Luna and Talia continue to receive training at Highfields and we can’t wait to see how far they go!

We are incredibly proud of our young riders and can’t wait to continue seeing them grow and compete.

Stella!!!

Stella is an amazing 7yr off the track thoroughbred sold by Highfield in the last year.

Highfield's trained and raced Stella as a young filly, but found she had more potential as a performance horse.

This is proven everyday with her new owners benefiting from the time and effort Highfields has put into Stella, having a full life with diverse experiences. These experiences continue to show there benefit as Stella not only competes with a young rider but works as an equine therapy animal, supporting those with ease and understanding.

Stella has remained at Highfield's, where she continues her education with our amazing trainers whilst also giving her new owners guidance as they grow together. The goal to compete at inter-school competitions over the coming years.

Meet Clooney!

Clooney is a beautiful yearling gelding, with gorgeous four white socks and a big blaze on his face, he will definitely be noticed in the show ring!

Clooney loves people and is eager to please, he walks on lead, good to do his feet, brush and handle.

Clooney was breed for performance, with the Highfield sire Check in/Ampere/Don Frederick line stallion and from our stunning Welsh B mare with her beautiful big movements. We expect Clooney to mature to 13 - 14hh.

Highfield offers for sale Absolute Control. He is a 5 year old OTT standing around the 16.2 mark. Conti as he is known is a stunning big strong athletic boy. He raced for us and has now been retired safe and well. His heart just wasn’t in it. Throughout his race training here at Highfield Conti on a weekly basis trained in dressage and jumping as part of his race training, so he is ready to go. He has a big scopey jump and is so steady and relaxed in the contact. In the right hands this boy could easily be a high level eventer. He is truly a horse for the future. He is great to rug truck shoe etc. He has attended a few Showjump days just to ride around and be yarded and tie up and he is good. He can be a little sensitive at times with his surroundings as he is still a baby, so please no beginners.
