Currently Liam’s look is how I am feeling about Facebooks Meta Business Suite and their booking system.
Currently we cannot send appointment notice/schedules as this was removed in a current system update. I am in the process of manual reminders to make sure people get their reminders for their appointments.

Hopefully they will fix the system soon!

It's that time again the local business awards are on and we need your help.
I'm just going to take a minute to plug my husband (and yes for those who know my journey of career - I am on a night shift 🤣)

James honestly whilst he can be a person of few words, really puts so much into what he does - 4 years ago when covid hit and his clinic job finished up I don't he ever believed that his business would ever turn out the way it has, how loyal and amazing the clients and dogs are (yes you guys are - you put up with the chaos of our kids and noisy doorbells aka Aeryn and Solo upon arrival) but be it actually grooming, washing towels organising bookings or trying to vacuum up the endless hair hes constantly trying to ensure that everyone has a good experience whilst it may not be super "high end"

So if you could take a minute to cast a vote to show support that would be very much appreciated by us both :) I'm so proud of James bur also incredibly thankful to the awesome clients and dogs!

🎂🎂🎂Happy 5th Birthday Paddington 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊

One of our lovely golden boys turned 5 on Sunday! Paddington comes in for a regular wash, deshed and tidy to keep his skin and coat healthy as well as tidy! He also gives the best cuddles 💓

All breeds can benefit from grooming. You don't have to get your dog clipped/hair cut, a wash and deshed is more than enough for some of our larger breeds like the Golden retriever.

Meet Baxter :)

Baxter is a sweet mastiff mix who came for a bath and nails with his best buddy Nugget. Baxter was a sweetie, a little shy at first but he was warming to us by the end.

Smooth coated dogs benefit from grooming just as much as the long coated ones, it's great for their skin, removes excess hair and dirt and allows for you to find any changes in their skin (lumps and bumps ect).

We have limited appointments avaliable for our small and medium friends and we are booking into May for our larger friends so please get in touch with us should you wish to book an appointment.

Meet Gillie..

Gillie was a mud monster when he arrived this morning! So much so it took more than two baths to get him clean 🤣 he always comes up looking so lovely and fluffy! Both Gillie and his big brother Tales have got the right idea with regular appointments to ensure they stay looking amazing and mud free (for 5 min anyway)

Recently we had the K - Clan in for bath and de sheds! Kenzi, Koda and Kenai! Washing and desheds are great for removing dead hair and skin cells as well as promoting new health growth - it also is a great time to find any strange lumps,bumps and skin Injuries that may be hidden under all that coat! Not to mention getting rid of the knots and feeling fabulous after!

Hello miss Holly!

Holly is a little chihuahua who James has been Grooming since she was a puppy (close to 6yrs now) she is the sweetest girl.. Even our smooth coated friends benefit from regular bathing (Holly visits once a month) and it helps her to shed the loose hair and dead skin cells - she also smells pretty and gets her nails maintained :)

Happy New Year to everyone!

Hope everyone has had a great festive season 😊 we are excited and ready to get grooming into 2024! Most of our regulars have appointments booked already up until June 30th, if you haven't already and would like to please be in touch!

Sam will be on Uni placement for the month of April and first week of May so we will be getting any of larger friends done prior or just after this period depending on their schedule.

Whilst we are coming into the festive season we are also entering Fireworks season. With many locations setting off many spectacular displays of pyrotechnics, they flashing and loud bangs/booms and cracking are sensory overloads for some dogs and cats.
This is a timely reminder to check that your dogs microchip details are up-to-date and registered with councils/microchip databases.

Making sure all contact details are current means should in the event that your pet escapes that they are returned in a quick and easily manner (and in some cases no council fees).

Attached is a link and copy of the Microchip Vertification form which can be filled out at any council facilities/veterinary clinics/Registered identifiers.

Once registered all amendments/changes to an animals records are free to up-date.

Also remember a simple thing like a tag on a collar means anyone who may find your dog can call you at an instant they’re cheap and affordable and most pet stores now do them on spot!

Let’s try and minimise the stress on everyone this season! Up to date microchip, collar and tag, keep your dog inside during storms or fireworks and hopefully this will see everyone safe and together

🐾 Frankie - Mise Frankie had her first visit today! By the time we were finished we had a 2nd Frankie on the floor!

We will be closed tomorrow as James has an appointment but we should be back on Monday - if we don't reply to messages over the weekend it'll be sorted on monday/Tuesday.

Happy Tuesday!

Two beautiful clients today.. Tales an Old English Sheepdog who was in for his first visit. He was the perfect gentleman for his summer cut! And Sandie who looks like a spring chicken but his mum who adopted him thinks he's about 10! Sandie is also a grooming pro and loves the attention!

Both Sandie and Tales families have the right idea they're already booked for the new year 💕 this will keep them both well maintained, knot free and help them have a fresher and healthier coat!

Hi to all customers

As you're all aware Optus network is down which is affecting our runnings we have limited internet via neighbours wifi but we are trying to get a temporary hotspot up and running.. in the mean time it's business as usual however our Eftpos will not be in service for those who do have access to banking you can utilise direct deposit or cash..

Apologies if you cannot get a hold of us but fingers crossed we are back up and running soon.

Can you spot the tick!

Recently we had a dog in and after washing I noticed a small white lump which looked like a skin tag above the eye in the eyebrow region.

This a timely reminder with the weather warning that ticks are on the rise and treating and prevention is the best cure, lucky this dog was on a prevention which killed the tick before doing any major harm to the dog.

This is also another reason why regular grooming is good for your dogs health - as we don’t see your dog everyday it’s often easier for us to see changes or a lump or bump that may have not been there last visit.

Did you Know?!?

BOTH Sam and James are accredited microchip implanters so they are able to scan and identify as well as microchip animals. James is also a certified Orivet DNA collector - we offer these services to all clients not just breeders.

It is illegal to even give away an animal without a microchip so at minimum this needs to be done - we offer an affordable TRAVELLING service so no need to transport your litter of kittens or puppies!

Sam was lucky enough yesterday to play with a chip a litter of 11 golden retriever babies! Absolutely adorable!
