Simple guide to keep your chickens well-fed and healthy! 🐔🌱
Offer Daily:
💧 Water – always ensure access to fresh water.
🦴 Grit – important for digestion.
🥚 Layer Pellets – essential for egg production.
🍃 Leafy Greens – a great daily addition.
🍎 Fruits – give them a variety for treats.
🥕 Vegetables – healthy, crunchy snacks.
Occasional Treats:
🍞 Bread, Pasta – offer occasionally, not too often.
🦗 Crickets, Mealworms – a good protein boost.
🥛 Yogurt – great for gut health.
🌾 Sprouted Grains – fun and nutritious for your chickens.
🍆 Eggplant Leaves – okay in moderation.
Don’t Feed:
🥚 Uncooked Beans – can be harmful to chickens.
🥑 Avocado Seeds – toxic to poultry.
🧂 Sugary & Salty Foods – avoid these for a healthy flock.
🌿 Eggplant Leaves – limit their intake to avoid toxicity.

🍎 Break pest cycles on fruit trees in just 1 hour;
🥚 Turn 10 lbs of food scraps into fresh eggs;
🌾 Fertilize a 50 sq/ft garden monthly;
🌿 Help turn compost (doing ¼ of the work!);
💩 Produce enough manure to make 1 yard of compost;
🌱 Till sod, level mulch, and more...
