We are currently seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. Hours will begin with Tuesday and Wednesday 10am-2pm, with the potential of more hours for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Confidently processing sales and returns through our POS system.
- Assist customers with the best products or care for their pet’s situation.
- Keeping shelves stocked.
- Ensuring the shop is well presented and clean.
- Assisting with deliveries.

The successful applicant will be:

- Outgoing and cares about providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactive and show great initiative.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Passionate about learning everything pets so that you can share knowledge, recommend products and assist customers.
- Physically fit and able to lift 20kg stock regularly.
