This is 14 year old Minky. She had a few matted areas and is now so much happier. If you look closely you will see lots of folds of loose skin something you have to be careful of when clipping our more mature felines.
Lol note to self to remember to take photos b4 you tell the cats they are free to leave the grooming table.

This cat was badly matted and had been like this for some time. The only safe way to remove the matting is to clip the coat. You can instantly see how much more comfortable the cat is.
This painful matting can be prevented by bathing regularly to remove the grease from the coat.

Seeing people come to buy fish and handing the owner, money, this cat went out and got a leaf to pay for her fish. On the first day, the owner of the shop thought this was very cute, so he gave her a small fish. Now everyday this cat comes in to buy a fish with a leaf.

Wampa had some bad matting in several spots so she had a lion clip then a nice bath and blowdry.
Her mum Ashley thought it might be a bit chilly for her so now Wampa is sporting some lovely new jumpers.

This young lady is "Baby" She had her first ever bath and blow dry today and was a gem to handle. Check out those whiskers.

Baby is now 4 years old but spent the first 3 years of life on the streets and was even in a TNR (trap, neuter, release) program as can be seen by the nick in left ear which tells feeders and rescuers at a glance that she has been desexed.
Luckily for her though she now lives the good life with her doting mum Kerry.

This is 12 year old Yugi.
He had always been sedated to clip at the vets but this time his owner decided he was getting too old to be sedated.
Yugi was a champion to do and he was sedation free.

This is Oompa Loompa having her 1st ever bath, blow dry and comb out.
This beautiful girl is a young 15 years old and took it all in her stride. Her beauty treatment also included nail trimming and ears and eyes cleaned.
