📢📢 PAYMENT OF SERVICES📢📢

Whilst I try to keep things easy for everyone with the payment options of bank transfer, cash or card payments using the Square, it seems I often have to chase payments.

Moving forward, clients who pay by transfer will now receive an invoice via Square after there confirmation text. Payment of the invoice either that night or the day of the groom would be greatly appreciated. When payment is made I will receive a notification which will help cut down admin time.

This will help with keeping the business running smoothly and me, being able to provide all products needed to groom your beloved pooches. Unfortunately, I don’t have the luxury of paying for products after I receive them.

Happy New Years Eve🎉🥂

I’m taking this opportunity to thank my clients for supporting me and my business throughout 2024.
The last couple of months were tough with dad becoming unwell and then him passing away. Everyone was so patient and supportive whilst I navigated through it and I’m very appreciative of this.

Wherever or whatever you are doing tonight, have fun but please remember to keep our pets safe tonight with the fireworks being let off 🎇🎆

Do you have a microchip scanner and regularly scan lost dogs and cats? Within minutes, we look up microchips 8am-10pm EVERY DAY and generate Found Pet Posters

2024 done and dusted!

After such a busy year with its highs and lows, it’s time for a well earned break to relax and recharge.

We are now closed and will be back on the road Monday 6th January 2025.

Thank you to everyone for your lovely kind, heartfelt words with dad’s passing. It’s very touching to have such beautiful people in my life, personal & business. ❤️

We will be celebrating dad’s life next Friday 29th. With this I’ll be shuffling Fridays appointments to other days this week, so I’ll be touching base by text to those it effects.

The last 2 weeks has been challenging.

My dad (95) is terminally unwell.

Whilst trying to be with him as much as I can and working, I know I will have to reschedule clients at the last minute. If this happens with your appointment please know I will work a Saturday to catch up.

Many have already done this which is great for forward planning. Some not on fb have also contacted me.
I have already started pencilling in appointments for 2025 and I’d hate for anyone to miss out.

Once all current clients are booked in I will open my books to new clients with what’s available.

📣 It’s that time of year and and many have been asking about appointments for next year…current clients only at this stage.

I will do my upmost best to try and accommodate your appointments and once I have collated all responses and allocated all the bookings I will send your yearly appointments to you via email so please make sure you provide us with your most up to date email on the form.

As most of my clients book in for the year ahead, it’s important that to fill out the form and so we can organise your appointments for 2025 to avoid missing out.

Please be patient, this can be a long and tedious process but as long as your submit your request you won't miss out and you will receive an email with your appointments by the end of the year.

Also please note that I only work 1 Saturday a month so those appointments are already at capacity. For my current Saturday clients please write in the comments box and the bottom of the form that you currently see me on a Saturday.
