🤩🍩 Today is National Donut Day! 🍩🤩

• Started in 1938 by the Salvation Army, this day honours the groups “donut lassies”, who served treats and provided assistance to soldiers on the front lines during World War I ❤️•

Nurse Ella 👩‍⚕️ and K9 supervisor Kora 🐶 were happy to participate in the occasion.

These beautiful boys visited us recently for a vaccination and health check, and were more than happy to pose for our camera. 🫶🏼

All smiles from these two, it is easy to see why they are the star of the show wherever they go.🌟❤️

We are always happy to accept any wildlife that people find. We do our very best to help where we can, and then pass them to the right people for further care and rehabilitation.
Today we had these 2 come into us, after they passed a health check we were able to pass them onto wildlife carers, for the best chance of survival.

Cristo is a regular patient who sees our wonderful Dr Frances for diabetes treatment and management. 🏥
He recently came to see us to have a blood glucose monitoring 'button' fitted and was a model patient! 🐕
This sensor (known as a FreeStyle Libre) enables his owner to monitor his glucose levels at home, minimising the need for lengthy hospital stays with multiple blood draws and needle sticks. 💉
Application only takes a few minutes and is left in place for typically 14 days.
