Body Confidence 🐕💪
Body confidence is an amazing way to exercise your dogs while building valuable skills! Here are 3:
1. Building self confidence & self awareness
Body confidence lets your dog become aware of where they are in space, and how to better manoeuvre their bodies. This is a great way to build self-awareness as well as self-confidence, especially in young or nervous dogs.
2. Preventing injury
If your dog is aware of how they are moving, in addition to building strength in functional movement, they are better able to protect their bodies as they move and prevent injury. This is perfect for puppies, older, active, or accident-prone dogs 😂
3. Building your bond
Working with your dog with fun, motivating and functional activities helps build your bond and lets you learn how to move together.

Working on activities like this, where there’s no real pressure for the dog to master the skill, helps build trust and strengthen your relationship with your dog.
