A little late to share the news - our final mare has been scanned positive in foal to Thunder.

Theia is our lovely Appaloosa girl. Her foal is guaranteed to have Appaloosa colouring and splash white, plus possibly dun and cream.

This will be our last foal for the foreseeable future while we take some time for our own little family.

Sharing some quick snaps of our wonderful stallion in all of his muddy glory. Mia has been his paddock buddy since he was 11 months old and I can tell that he is missing her too, so we’ve been spending lots of time together this week.

Temperament is everything but he’s certainly not bad to look at either. At only 3 he’s still got a lot of growing and filling out to do 💙

At just over 2 months old, Apollo is a monster. For reference, this is him next to mum Mia who is measured at 16.2h.

He’s already bigger than his older brother Albert. We’re thinking he should reach 17h.

We had a mini spa day with some of the horses today after much needed rain last night.

Theia decided to upgrade and got herself the mud therapy treatment 😊 Would you believe she’s actually an Appaloosa.

Albert is 4 months old - 50% Clydesdale and 50% Appaloosa.

Apollo is 1 month old - 75% Clydesdale, 12.5% Warmblood and 12.5% paint.

Really happy with how they’re both maturing. They will be looking for new homes. Send me a message if you would like to know more.

We have been looking after mum for a couple of nights for our neighbours - of course she decided that was the perfect time to foal 🙂

Mia has started to wax up so we have checked her into the maternity ward a little earlier than anticipated.

Mia is a 16.1h Clydesdale x Warmblood/Paint, my heart horse and the reason we started the stud.

We are so excited to see what she will produce.
