Puppy training with the sweetest girl Xena for 5 days… she is super keen to learn, very independent and super chilled. At 12wks old this is the best time to get all her training and development on track

I love intense focus.. and this boy has that when it comes to a ball… he is so focused and engaged that the world could explode and he wouldn’t notice.. I love this so much! His ball and handler are his whole world!

This beautiful little 9mth old Collie has been doing weekly training to focus on her loose lead, focus and engagement and reactivity. She is soooo much better and has even been able to socialise more with other dogs. Well done to her paw-rents for their commitment to her training

Dogs have their own personality…. Some bigger than others… but they all love unconditionally and purely.. life is too short without the love of a dog.. however let’s all ensure we have happy and disciplined dogs = balanced dogs 🐕 🐶

Training Scooby with weekly sessions, he is a Golden Retriever cross Kelpie and at 11mths old he is full of energy and excitement… his sessions are focused on obedience, loose lead walking, focus/engagement and stimulation with play as he gets bored easily. He was such much fun to teach and loves a game and praise making him super easy to teach new skills 🐾🐕💜😄

Teaching your dog how to play appropriately with other dogs is so important.. especially teaching them manners and not barking or jumping inappropriately all over other dogs (which other dogs can take exception to).. it’s such an essential skill and interaction for the dog to learn..

That’s a wrap on this weekend’s “Motivate, Communicate, Coach” seminar, presented by Pat Stuart of Operant Canine.

What an amazing weekend! Pat is an amazing presenter with an incredible ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible way. A huge thank you to Pat for making the trip up and for making this weekend possible.

Thank you to EinZweck Dogquip for co-hosting with me, and Dan from MetalPro for allowing us the use of your amazing venue and for taking such good care of us all weekend.

Lastly, a huge thank you to everyone who made the trip to attend. We have a great dog community in QLD and it was wonderful to see so many of you there. Special thanks to everyone who put their dog up to demo, for all of us to learn from.

Now onto 5 day bootcamp. This week is going to be epic.

Had sooooo much fun with Maisy who is super cheeky and very playful! She is learning to focus on her human, obedience training, play engagement and recall! She already knows ‘speak’ and is super keen to work in sessions! Her human is super keen to ensure her development is fill of great skills and positive behaviours!
