Miss Harper is growing into a big girl as shes loosing her big baby teether!
Her foster mum was so surprised the tooth was left on the floor, considering normally Harper eats anything and everything at the moment! 😆

Harper's foster sister will be taking the tooth to school on Monday for a special show and share for her class. 🥰

We have some exciting news!!!

Rambo is officially ADOPTED!!! This beautiful gentle giant has finally found his forever home!

Rambo came to us at 2 months old from a Rockhampton pound. He has grown up with the Nanas family & just before his anniversary of coming to us, he has found his home!!

We cannot tell you how happy this makes us all as we know how much Rambo was wanting this!

We wish Rambo and his new family all the very best! 💙🐕

Hi there from Miss Harper!
It's been a bit hectic for my foster family over Christmas and the school holidays! But I have been in the thick of it all.
The outing to the adoption day was super fun, I got to ride around in a trolley and meet some wonderful new people.
I also got to go for a car ride yesterday to the vet for my 3rd vaccination, and they said I'm in top form! Must be the dirt I keep eating between meal times! I didn't even feel bothered that I had my groovy new harness on either.
My foster mum also took a comparison photo of me from the day I came here till now, and my gosh I have grown! I'm a hungry girl, but I'm also very smart and have almost mastered lay down too.
I'm off to play fight with my fur sister and have some breakfast. Till next time!

Unfortunately Storm is quite a nervous and scared cat. Storm will needs to go to a home that is children & pet free. Maybe to someone who needs some company & will let Storm come to you when she is ready.

Personality: Mickey is a sweet, affectionate boy who has a lot of love to give.
He loves his cuddles and will show you by purring and head bumping you.
He loves to play with his ball and can often be seen running all around chasing a fly or moth.
He's very good with other cats once he realises they mean him no harm.
He loves chilling in the sun in his hammock when he's finished playing or by a window watching the world go by.

Fundraising Friday!

We are currently searching for one or more businesses who could be our regular sponsors. For us to be able to run our rescue as well as we do, we need regular donations.

When we recieve a new cat or dog, we need to the them to the vets to have them checked over. In these checks, we need to test the pets for heart worm, dental check & overall health check.

Unfortunately more often than not, we need to vaccinate, microchip & desex our pets as these things haven't been done for them 😢. This all adds up & by having our monthly donations we can keep helping as many animals as possible!

Our goal is to keep as many cats & dogs out of the pounds!

🐈‍⬛ Catch up with • Nebula • Fin • Fifi • Flynn & Fry 🐈‍⬛

It’s been a fun filled week, mum has lost a couple and gained a couple of fur babies.

Nebula • I met a beautiful couple at the pet shop who also came out last weekend and fell in love with me. Mum knew this couple was perfect for me. Good news was they got to adopt me and picked me up on Tuesday, mum was so brave and held back her tears but I know her heart was breaking. We’ve let mum know that I’m settling in and I’m very happy with my new forever parents 🥰.

Fifi • I was only with mum less then a week and was adopted the same day as Nebula. Even though I was here only a short time, I got so much love and attention, but I too now have my forever home.

Fin • I hated everyone and everything when I arrived but god I love my mum. I follow her around the house and talk to her and she picks me up and tucks me under her arm while she tidies and I get all the love. I love jumping up and sitting with her when she is watching TV and I’m the loudest at fed time. I think I’m an attention seeker 😁.

Flynn & Fry • we arrived on Monday and are brothers to Fin & Fifi. (I think you are mum said) We remembered our brother and we get along so well. We are very close and I think mum thinks at times a little to close lol. We sleep together on the tower or in front of the TV. Fry loves watching TV.

What a week it has been 😩😵‍💫 Early last week we were notified about multiple cats being dumped over many years and multiplying over that time. All this kiddos can rest easy knowing they will get breakfast and dinner, with the home owner spending well over $500 a week on cat food for these babies :(. We could not just stand there and not help. We have teamed up with a few other rescue to jump in and help get all these kiddos vetwork and then rehome to loving homes to ease the burden and the cost for the poor gentleman who is working just to feed these dumped kitties.
