We have made the wonderful decision to keep EP Latin Dreaming.

Sspiderman has been removed off the market and he will b retained as my next riding horse.

It would b a waste not to keep him and have him as my riding horse coz the connection we share is very similar to the connection I had with my old man Frank who passed 2 years ago.

We only have 1 mare due this season.

Dreams is by Hilkens Black Delight out of a TB x RP mare.
She is in foal again to Amaranda Migaloo. This is the 3rd foal of the same cross.

She is due Dec 9th but looks like she may go early as she has started to change in her bag.

Taking expressions of interest on the foal!!
Foal will b available on weaning.

Lazy Saturday here today.

Can't wait for winter to b over. We have had some beautiful weather earlier on in the week and it was rugs off everyone so they could feel the sun's on their backs.

Coats r starting to move and Spider had the longest coat. I can't wait till his coat is gone and I can c what he looks like. Has grown so much and is going through a growth spurt now. Lots of spider spam

EP Latin Dreaming is still available.

Rugged and in his winter woollies he still looks good.

Has been microchipped and gelded and has extensive handling.

I currently have a fractured collar bone and I can still catch him, rug and unrug him in the paddock. He is super chilled even my non horsey husband can catch him and rug him.
He is a little funny with strangers however give him a piece of carrot and he comes around pretty quick. His training has continued however due to my lack of manoeuvrability he hasn't had much except catching tying up and changing his rugs.

He is up to date with worming, feet, tetanus and strangles inj.

He would b a super addition to any home and due to his temperament would b suited to an amateur owner rider or a professional competition home.

Super elevated paces that only get better as he matures. Suited for dressage and would also stand out in the show ring due to his stunning looks.

EP Latin Dreaming

Beautiful elevated paces suitable for dressage. Compact but will have some height about him.

This c**t is a joy to have around. Extensively handled. Leads, yeilds hind quarters left and right, picks up all 4 feet, farrier has trimmed him every 5-6 week since 10 days old.
Loads onto a truck easily, travels well, catches u in the paddock, is used to being checked and fed at night by torch light.
Has been rugged but only in a yard with very little fuss.
Has been hosed over his legs and body and had some tie up training but not yet tie up trained.

Now gelded, microchipped and had his tetanus strangles full course.

Leads out of the paddock to a yard and back on his own and also at night by torch light.

Extremely easy weanling to handle. Would b suited to an amateur or an experienced competition home.

Edited to add...

Now rugged in a cotton and canvas rug for winter. Catch him and change rugs in the paddock or tie him up and change rugs. However he is still learning to tie up.

Yesterday I got to c my last year's foal Popcorn when I went to move him to a new property.

He is such a good boy. Took him a min to work out oh yeah I go up the ramp on the truck. But in true form he loaded easily without a bum rope. It's been 12 months since he has loaded onto the truck but with the correct training they never forget what to do.

He is growing up beautifully and I couldn't have wished for a better home for him.

He is looking a million bucks and not like a rising 2yo. No gangly yearling here.

We got some video and photos of Spider yesterday.

Unfortunately the light wasn't that great so we have to see how much is good and how much is delete material.

He was such a good boy.

He has been softly tied up whilst I washed his legs (with a bucket) to clean them up, was brushed and had his mane and tail brushed and stood there like a big kid. He did have hay in his face which helped.

Will have a rug on in the next week so he knows what leg straps are.

Weaning time over Easter.

Ahh the fluffy weanling stage. Lucky he is cute and can move!!

I'm soooo bloody happy!!! Like crying happy tears

Not 1 but 2!!

It's so fitting Luna & Cadeau Noir have the same grandsire. In true form of these lines we have twins. Luna was a twin and now we have twins with my long awaited Calypso 11 cross. After missing out with the Calypso Classic semen I was devo but last year talking to Kaitlin Colless about bloodlines of her latest pregnancy the seed was planted. Thank u Kaitlin for listening to all my hopes and dreams and not thinking I'm a complete idiot. ❤️

1 will b popped tomorrow.

Sorry for not updating u all but it's been very busy here with breeding my mares.

Rita (Ritual) has gone to Diamond Genes to go in foal to Cadeau Noir 🤞
She had just ovulated when she arrived on Monday so we short cycle her and wait.

Dreams (Hilkins Black Delight GRP) went back to the same sire as EP Golden Dreams Delight and EP Mirrhis Dream, Amaranda Migaloo (welsh B) this week and was inseminated on Wednesday.
We picked her up yesterday from our trusty vets.

So nice to have them home and I have wasted so much time watching them and getting random pics.

Delighted to say I have taken an offer on my golden filly 6 days after she was born.

EP Mirrhi Dream (Diva) as we have named her will stay in Vic and will head off to her new home when weaned.

Tonight at 10:35pm we welcomed a Pally filly to the farm.

This little filly is by Amaranda Migaloo (Welsh B) out of a WB/GRP mare by Hilkins Black Delight

She is doing what most fillies do and was up in 20 mins and on the suck an hour after she was born. This one is a smart girl.

Mare and foal doing well.
