Nice win from Gee Gees Me Boy (George) on Sunday at Launceston with Mehmet Uluçınar in the saddle 👌

Like his big brother Geegees Hisword, Me Boy waited for the pack once he got past them in the straight, but thankfully he made it to the winning post... Maybe blinkers on next time! 😅👍

Geegees Mistruth (Bonnie) arrived home, safe and sound this afternoon and was straight into her feed bin. A big thank you to Mathew and Leah Ellerton for hosting us whilst we were in Melbourne.

Bonnie will have a little spell on the grass before resuming her campaign for the upcoming Spring Carnival. A massive congratulations to Elizabeth and the Geard family. Paul's legacy lives on in this very talented filly by Wordsmith, who was born and bred on the Gee Gee Stud. We are very excited to see what the future has in store for her 🙌 💜💚

A big shout out to all our team members at SGR. We are incredibly lucky to have a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the racing industry and a genuine passion for horses and racing... It makes all the difference 👌

A big shout out to our wonderful team at SGR for taking the reins (literally 😂) whilst we enjoyed a family holiday in the UK. We had a great time catching up with friends and family in England and we spent some time exploring the West Coast of Scotland too!

Thank you guys, we are so lucky to have each and every one of you in our team. A big thanks to our owners for your continued support too. 🙌🏇❤️

*** 🐴 STABLE HAND POSITIONS AVAILABLE! 🐴 ***

We are looking for reliable stable staff to join us and our growing team at Brighton Training Facility in Southern Tasmania.

Duties include; washing, saddling, grooming, mucking out, feeding, general horse care and other stable duties.

This role requires early starts and some weekend work. The successful applicant must have a love of horses with prior equine experience. Racing knowledge is preferred but not essential.

Jehbenti is having his first run with us today after enjoying a spell. He came to us after Gary White's retirement. He's a beautiful boy and has settled in well to our stable - its safe to say the team has a soft spot for him! Thanks Gary and Belinda for your guidance with him.

Our bridesmaid Geegees Legacy (Albie) finally got to throw the bouquet on Sunday after his super win in the Tasbred maiden with Anthony Darmanin aboard 💐👰‍♀

It was great to see Albie win with such confidence. He will now head to the paddock for a let up before returning in the Spring.

We're heading to Tasmanian Racing Club Inc with three Gee Gees today...

Geegees Me Boy is working a treat and steps up to the 1400m and up in grade.

Gee Gee Miss Quita has been freshened up to drop back to the 1400m. David Pires takes the ride and will no doubt give her a gun run from barrier 1.

Geegees Luckystar will be running against stable mate Miss Quita and steps up in grade but down in weight.
