Every rabbit breeder is different; they have their own different ideas about what they think is a fair and reasonable price for their beloved animals. Rabbits sold as pets do not come with a pedigree they come with a birth certificate; in some circumstances a pedigree may be purchased for an additional fee. Prices are subject to change at any time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully inspect show and brood animals prior to purchase to ensure they are the quality they expect. What is Included With Your Bundle of Joy? All our rabbits are sold with a life time guarantee of help and advice from us, a one week supply of pellets for you (if you wish) to ween them to a new brand of food. Show or breeding rabbits are sold with a pedigree. Although if you wish to have a pedigree for your pet rabbit you can purchase one for an additional fee. Your rabbit will also come freshly groomed (including nails cut; we will also show you how to properly groom your rabbit.) wormed, and treated with mite/lice/flea preventive spray. Health Guarantee:
Here at Willow Waters Rabbitry we guarantee that the rabbits we sell are healthy and ready for their new homes at the time of purchase. Each rabbit sold comes with a one week limited health guarantee subject to the following conditions:
If a bunny becomes sick or dies within 48 hours of going home, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price. In order to receive a refund you must supply evidence from a veterinarian that the illness/cause of death is due to a pre-existing illness or condition that was present at the time the rabbit left our rabbitry. Any evidence of improper diet, heat stroke, failure to follow feeding instructions, physical accidents, injury caused by other animals, neglect and/or abuse as determined by our veterinarian (at buyers expense) will render this warranty VOID. We will not be held responsible for any prior or future veterinary expenses. All veterinary expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. General Information:
We do not sell rabbits under the age of ten weeks. It is irresponsible on the breeder’s part to sell rabbits under the age of ten weeks. As we are working and dealing with live animals, I reserve the right to refuse sale at any time, for any reason. If i cancel a sale, any deposits will be refunded. Deposits will only be refunded if I cancel the sale or the rabbit dies in my care. We do not refund deposits if the buyer/new owner changes their mind, for any reason. Life Time Return Policy:
When buying from us at Willow Waters Rabbitry you gain our lifetime support and advice. We love and care for our beautiful rabbits very much and are more than happy to answer any questions you have over the lifetime of your rabbit. While we hope that our rabbits are leaving to go to their forever homes, we do understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you find that you can no longer provide the care that your rabbit needs, please contact us immediately. We welcome back any rabbit we have sold, at any time, free of charge. We do appreciate it if you provide the cage/hutch, feed and water containers. Sometimes it takes a period of time to re-home a rabbit, and extra cage space is not always available in our rabbitry.
