We hope everyone is having an amazing holiday break!
Reminder! We are closing early today at 2pm, and will be closed New Years Day (tomorrow).

We are getting heaps of enquries about our exchange and refund policy, so we just thought we would answer questions here for everyone!

We have decided to extend our exchange policy to 60 days so that anything purchased in November/December can be bought back. This can be exchanged directly for items or you can have a credit put on your loyalty account for you to use later, and you can use it for whatever you like. This can also sit on the giftees account - but just keep in mind we need direct permission from the loyalty account holder whom the item was purchased with to do this kind of thing :)

We had a fantastic December, and we just wanted to thank you all for supporting your local, family owned, Saddleworld. We appreciate every one of you, and wish you and your furry family the best in 2025.
