Upon booking your first walk we organise a meeting with you and your pup to ensure both of you are comfortable with the walker. All walks are private to ensure the happiness and safety of your fur baby. Any medical conditions, age conditions, vaccinations ect will be discussed in first meeting so we can tailor the walk appropriately to your pups needs and restrictions.

You cannot rely on results from just our walks. You must follow this training through in your own time too as dogs can recognise who implements rules and who doesn’t 🐕‍🦺🐩🦮

Snakes are still very active at the moment 🐍 Furthermore to our post on Monday you can see how slow this guy moves across the road. This is why roads are typically safer to walk next to than bushland as even if the dog has seen it and is wanting to get to it, you have the beauty of time to make a quick get away and take control of your doggo 🐕‍🦺

LETS TALK HALTIES! Did you know most dogs react this way whilst wearing a halti? ❌ They’re not in pain ✅ They simply don’t like the feeling of it, particularly when they pull A halti is designed to stop/minimise your dog pulling. Due to where it sits on a dogs face, any pulling will be felt by the dog on their face. Therefore it’s natural for them to want to remove it from the area just like Hugo in the video below🐶 Some people don’t like halties because of the behaviour it creates, but ask yourself this; which is worse? Rubbing their face on the ground, or pulling? 🐕‍🦺🐩🦮

Gordon & Lucy have won the trophy to date for the strongest walkers 😂🏆 BUT with regular walks and a little 1:1 time each they only ever pull at the beginning now and can be easily walked together! 🦮🐕‍🦺 Proud dog lady right here 🥲👏
