Snoop dog visited for a hygiene trim with his brother Bentley. This little rescue boy has made such amazing progress! When he first started coming he was terrified of being touched and hearing any noises like the blow dryer. With desensitizing and love from his owner and regular gentle but persistent grooming sessions he now lets me do everything that needs doing and not only this, but when he gets picked up he runs back into the salon refusing to leave! ❤️

Some clients have asked me what scizzors I recommend. I use Delta Grooming Scissors. You just can’t beat them. I have tried a few different brands over 17+ years grooming and these are, by far, superior! They have made scizzoring so simple and effortless. I have had them for almost a year now and only one pair has been sharpened once, the rest have still not needed it. They just stay sharp, saving hundreds of dollars on sharpening!
Last year I entered ‘Poodle’ for the first time ever in a competition, a class I have said I’ll never enter as I am not confident enough in the breed styles and the idea of making a fool of myself scares me. With Delta scizzors, I was able to complete the scizzored groom (some shape blocked with clippers before scizzoring) in a timely manner and win FIRST PLACE against some incredible poodle groomers! Anyone who was there on the day would remember how humid it was and how the fans were blowing hair around. It wasnt easy to scizzor in those conditions so working with such AMAZING scizzors was an absolute must!
So long story short, which scizzors do I recommend? Delta Grooming Shears!
