Was doing an early Christmas day dinner for the kids as we will be away at Christmas. I thought I would do a special dinner for my 2 puppies. BBQ spare ribs, they nearly took my fingers off while putting them in the bowl. It was a huge hit so expect to see BBQ spare ribs available for your puppies as well next year 😁

Sam's puppies are doing fine, all fat as mud. She moved them all out of her whelping box and dug an depression in the dirt. She got very upset when I moved them back in. She then moved them out again. So left her to it. Now they are getting bigger she is starting to split them up in small groups. Probably because they pile on top of each other and only a few can feed at a time.

Preparing for a large litter to help Sam out, I looked at commercial milk replacement formulations. Not happy with what was in them so formulated my own. Using Hylisis Nucleotide Protein, Di-Calcium Phosphate, our Vitamin/Mineral compound, Acid Pack Probiotic and Acidifyer plus H**p Seed oil. Using Lactose free milk with 3 level teaspoons of the powder and 50ml of H**p Seed oil blitzed will give you the following: 29% of digestible Protein, 27 essential Amino Acids, quality fats with Omega 3, 6 and 9. Multi strain Probiotic and a complete Vitamin and Mineral complex (Chelated).
If my calculations are correct they should thrive. Michael

We know things are getting tougher everyday with interest rises and just about everything we use continuously rises as well. I have decided to help a little by introducing the Hot Dog Premium grain free. Hot dog until now has been traditional with a grain base. While it is $30 cheaper than the equivalent Ultra it is far superior to other so called premium grain free diets. It contains most of the goodies that are in the Ultra, just in slightly lower amounts. The chick pea used has been heat treated at 80 degrees to neutralise the anti- tripsum/ anti- nutrients. Excellent buying at $65 for a 15kg. Regards Michael

Please note we will be closed from midday 24th December re opening 3rd January.
There are some exciting new machines on the way. The most important is the Cold Press machine. As the title suggest it is not an extruder. It basically roll out the biscuits which then go through a dryer at 50 Celsius. No starch, fillers or binders are needed. Using raw meat (emulsified) it go straight in. So extremely high in raw meats, any Probiotic or heat sensitive inclusion has an survival and ingestions percentage as high as 99%.
