🎊 SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM 🎊

Did someone say “Bye kids 👋🏻” 🤷🏼‍♀️

We will be running our school holiday program next Thursday here at the farm. With over 40 horses, 100’s of cows and 1000’s of acres we have plenty of fun to be had!
Did we mention we also have fresh baby calves dropping daily 😉

Price: $120
Time: 9am - 3pm
Location: 10 minutes past Beaudesert

Bookings absolutely essential! Limited to 10 for the day.

👋🏻 Hello Everyone,

Unfortunately our business accounts including bank account was hacked hence the radio silence for some time.

We have regained access and are now in the process of rebuilding everything back up to where we had hoped to be.

On Wednesday we received the news that the re-attachment didn’t work and the finger has turned black and died.

We have been slowly processing this.

We had the option of amputation or leaving the dead finger on with the hope that some tissue underneath may still be alive. This means that some of the finger may grow back therefore she won’t be missing as much. We have chosen this option.

From now on, every Friday we will be at the Childrens Hospital with the surgeons and hand specialists.

We had our first family holiday booked which was fast approaching and have made the decision to not go for obvious reasons as Kennedy has hospital appointments.

We are taking the rest of this week off to try and get back to a little bit of normal.

Our darling little girl is currently in surgery.

We are hoping with all our might that they are able to reattach her finger. She severed the arteries also.

A bar stool fell on her whilst we were out for lunch and has taken the right index finger off.

Dad has been the rock through this one. I absolutely lost it. Thank you to everyone who picked up all the pieces this afternoon. Friends, family and friends who have become family, thank you for everything you have done for us today.

Now the 3-4 hour wait to hear if we have lost the finger or saved it.

ATTENTION ALL CLIENTS AND AGISTEES

Our darling little girl has been in an accident and is undergoing emergency surgery at the QLD Childrens Hospital now.

All lessons for the next 3 days at a minimum are CANCELLED.

All horses on agistment are being tended to morning and night as per normal.

For anything urgent, please send a text to 0428141194 and I will respond when I can.

I have just walked in the door.
I managed to make it through the feed run this morning before Bella had an accident and ended up with a broken leg. Straight in the car and off to
Hospital where we spent the rest of our day. ❤️‍🩹

We have been in hospital for 3 days with Hudson. He has gone through a lot and we have just got confirmation he has Meningitis. We have all obviously beside ourselves with worry. Seans holding down the farm and I’m up here with Hudson for however long.

When your stupid brother is allergic to grass and even more so allergic to being without his brother 🤣

Poor Romeo. Sacrificial stable neighbour for Henne whilst he battles his blindness 🙄

The grass is absolutely amazing! However with Henne’s previous eye surgery as well as his intolerance to grass/grass seeds/life….. He is being boxed at night and let into a yard with very low-height grass. This routine mixed with medication, fly masks and spray is so far doing the trick 👌🏻

Between horses arriving, getting back into the swing of things, re-establishing and starting to get some horses worked, it’s been a hot bowl of semi controlled mess 🤪

Now let’s talk goals…. Not New Years resolutions; GOALS! Something we can achieve, re-evaluate then progress further.

1. Back in the saddle properly. Yes my knee is still 💩

2. Back to the show ring. Might start tackling some Ag Shows particularly breed classes.

NOW!
It’s never too early and never too late.

Little Miss has been coming to lessons with me for only a couple of months and is walking and rise trotting independently. We are about to upgrade to a big horse as little Flash man just ain’t cutting the mustard 🤣
