Reminder to all that Parvo is most certainly around at the moment.
Simple changes you can make at home to protect your young ones are things like
- Taking your shoes off at the front door / not walking them into the house or backyard
- Washing hands and changing clothes after interacting with other dogs outside your home etc
- Ensure your older dogs are up to date on their vaccinations
- Ideally keep older dogs home, But if still socialising older dogs in public dog excercise areas, give them a wash before reuniting with the younger puppy.
