My name is Donna, my partner Hendrik and I are the proud owners of Galaxy G

olden Retrievers. 2 years ago we purchased a beautiful male Golden Retriever puppy who we named Leo. We fell so in love with him that within the next month we purchased a little girl pup, who we named Luna, a little friend for Leo (or so we told ourselves) but she was really for us as we found we had more love to give to more than just 1 pup. It was this abundance of love that we had that led to us wanting to breed this beautiful animal. Coincidentally we had named both of our dogs after the stars and moons of the Galaxy, ergo the birth of Galaxy Golden Retrievers. We now have a new pup and we called her Halley (after Halley's Comet)
Golden Retrievers are incredibly loyal and affectionate dogs, they are great with kids and other pets, they are intelligent and easy to train. They are well known for being low aggression and they love to play ball. It's all why we love them so much. Within our breeding program we want to hold true to the qualities of this breed. We are committed to instilling all of the best qualities into our pups. We raise happy puppies by surrounding them with the love of our family and their mother and father. Our parent dogs are fully genetic and health tested to ensure the healthiest of puppies. We grow their confidence with daily socialisation techniques. We have started their potty training and we ensure they are comfortable in their crates. We have all the right tools in place to ensure an easy transition into your home.

ASK TO SEE THEIR DNA RESULTS.

Any ethical breeder will have done full genetic DNA testing. Don't just assume and don't pay top price for a dog that may or may not be a pure bred.

Genetic testing also rules out the possibility of your puppy inheriting any genetic disorders that can be passed on by their parents. Ethical breeders breed OUT diseases. We don't just hope for the best.

Here's a simple tip for kids. Sit like a Statue! Let the puppy dictate play. Have the child sit on the floor and the puppy gets to come and go and choose the games. We are so proud and super excited to announce the safe arrival of Luna's 6 beautiful little puppies, yesterday 5th October 2023. We had to wait an extra 5 days for them to come, but it was worth it. LUNA is amazing, taking care of her pups. 3 girls and 3 boys.

Now for some sleep!!!!!!

Every day the puppies come out one by one to investigate their surroundings. Some approach it with gusto, others are a little more tentative in their discoveries. As breeders, it is our responsibility to provide a safe environment for them to discover and learn. The pups get to choose what they want to interact with, helping their confidence to grow.
