Another great but long day at lure coursing yesterday with the whippet club Qld with Noodles Gucci and Turtle. No placings but they ran there little hearts out and all gained another pass.
This weekend could see 4 more lure coursing titles for the dogs at the Xmas in July carnival.

But I did win the raffle of a lovely mat for the dogs.

Molly aka crack dog did amazing at weightpull today held by the American Staffordshire Terrier Club of QLD . Judged by Lisa Litfin .
3 passes now towards her title. 1more to go.
Molly did a PB aswell. Weighing in at 15.1kg ( 100g less than last event) and she pulled 310kg. 20 times her body weight. She always gives 💯 in anything she does.
She also gained herself a 3rd place in the weight class and was pipped at the post by the beautiful Maggie owned by Penny Parker for highest weight to weight ratio.

CK decided to come into season during the night so she had to stay home. I'm like you just had to hold off 1 more day lol.

3 Sprintdog trials held over 3 days and all my guys did amazing. Had 9 dogs entered over the 3 day event with all but 1 gaining there 1st points towards there SPRINTDOG TITLE and Steel gaining his title.
Whisper had a ball and enjoyed herself. Ran most of the way and then turned around said hi to Leah on the controls and came straight back to me lol

Well Steel aka Bobblehead has made history last night at our Sprintdog trials held over 3 days.
He gained his SPRINTDOG TITLE in 2 trials.

He's also the 1st Staffordshire Bull Terrier to gain this title. Couldn't be more proud of him as he just loves those white plastic bags

He's got a bit of speed for a bobblehead.

Today we decided to go for a hike with great friend and walking buddy Tennille and her Sibes Toro and Faith at Moggill conservation Park. Working towards the Working Backpack Trial end of July.
Molly and whisper did very well carry the full 30% of there weight in there packs. Both carried 4.5kg. More then required but handled it like stars.
The terrain was hard with big ass hills and big descents where I fell on my butt twice. Don't think we've laughed so much. It's was a nice walk through the bush.
So proud of them all

Molly did amazing today at weightpull. Less jumping today which is good.

She won the highest weight to weight ratio award .
She pulled 18.75 times her body weight of 15.2kg

CK and Molly got another pass at weight pull trial today held by rhe American Staffordshire Terrier Club of QLD Molly won the highest weight to weight ratio out of all the dogs. She weighed in at 15.2kg and pulled 285kg. 18.75 times her body weight.

CK weighed in at 15.6kg same as last trial and pulled 285kg and also 18.27 times her body weight. So proud of them.

Thanks to the club and the people for making it a fun day. Thanks to the judge Lisa Litfin aswell.
